*sigh* such a lovely establishement brought down by staff lacking service skills bordering to rude. Ah well, still a great room and comfortable bed.

Area around is somewhat empty though, but not an issue aince you easily book a grab wherever. Couldn't bare to stay for another night, so only one night here so maybe the staff were just having a bad day, all of them all at once 😂

- location of the hotel is secluded or unknown

Convenient to transportation, stores and business district. Clean rooms and comfortable room size. TV is not user-friendly to set up wifi. Step by step instruction should be provided so porter is not needed when unit has been reset. Setting up date and time to match available password in not intuitive. Netflix was not useable as 1 user locked out all other users with password. Hotel bathroom needs 1/2 size water- resistant curtan to cover toilet during showers.

Building was quiet.

OK, I start at 3 stars for providing what I paid for and go up or down from there. I feel I got good value for the money I paid. I booked online and got a substantial discount (paid 1400 PHP) on the standard rate.

For the Philippines it’s a good try at a high end western hotel, but not quite. The area is good, safe, amenities and close to downtown and IT Park. My room was huge! You could play basketball in it 🤣. Good bed and linens. Shower and bathroom good. Kettle, coffee and water provided. Smart TV great, I left it logged in to whoever’s Netflix it was already in, you’re welcome ☺️.

Now the iffy bits. Note, you have to b!tch repeatedly to get things fixed.

The internet is shambolic. It was running at 5mbps. I complained and they installed a router in my room. That didn’t actually work properly and couldn’t be bothered to fight so I installed my travel router. Blazing fast (50mbps) internet 😊.

No fridge in room 🤷‍♂️😞. The place is new, but not being maintained well, a Philippines problem all over. Rainfall shower sprayed upwards soaking the bathroom. Funky led light up faucet was very loose, just a matter of time before pipes burst. Grime starting to build up in the corners.

BOTTOM LINE - it’s good for the 1400 PHP I paid but I would be disappointed at the full rate.

스텝들도 친절했습니다.
세부에 간다면 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다.

Good rest comfy bed and cool aircon. Big LED TV.

This hotel recently went through renovation and they are still working on getting a few things set-up properly. The WiFi was a bit "iffy" and the TV had not been hooked up to the satellite system yet, so no channels were available. The hotel is on a quiet street and our room (801) was very quiet. The housekeeping staff are ON TOP OF THINGS here as this is one of the cleanest Philippines hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff, security, other staff were all very professional, pleasant and instantly addressed any issues brought to their attention. We were staying for 3 nights and needed a refrigerator. Less than an hour after requesting it 2 staff members were delivering and installing it. They refused a tip!!! 24 hour desk staff and security. Excellent value for your money. We come to Cebu 2-3 times a year and will be staying here on our future visits. Neighborhood is quiet, feels safe and, unlike a lot of Cebu, the streets were not strewn with trash. Easy walk to several restaurants and convenience store and both Robinsons and SM Malls are just a quick taxi or Grab ride away. Comfortable bed and full assortment of toiletries. Three ATM machines within 1/2 block of the hotel. Fairly close and convenient to both North and South Bus Terminals. Taxi to/from bus terminal was less than 100 PHP (2.00 USD). Overall a very pleasant surprise, especially post-COVID, with so many other hotels just letting things slide into mediocrity.

I like it here. Will definitely use it again.

Everything is excellent here. I love it here.

Large room without much furniture. One chair, two night stands. TV is large (~40 inches), but is located where only the one chair has a clear view. View from the bed is only a small angle. Bathroom is a sink, toilet, and shower all in one. No shower curtain so water covers toilet and sink. The drains in our bathroom were plugged and we had to call the desk two times before someone came to clean them out and allow the water to leave. LED lights come on when running the shower or the sink. Toilet has a bidet. The Split type A/C is quiet but unit is too small to cool room effectively.

They only issue one key card, however; you need one card to turn on lights in room and another is needed to use elevator (We were on 8th floor). If you beg they will eventually give you another. The WIFI is limited at .5 Mbps, not fast enough to browse even FB. Breakfast is ordering from a very limited menu, no buffet. We had scoop of rice, one egg, bacon, coffee. Deposit is 2,000 when arriving.

When we arrived, this Hotel was still under construction. The smell of paint and glues was everywhere. I believe the entire place was new to us and the employees.

외출하고돌아오면 너무덥하고 습함. 어느정도 중앙냉방이 되야하는데 완전 꺼져서 사우나들어온 느낌.. 미니냉장고가없음. 이더운나라에 모텔에도있는 미니냉장고가 없으면 어쩌자는;;; 1박에8만원꼴이었는데 가격만큼 못한듯. 그래도 침구 청소상태 깨끗하고 넓고 온수잘나와서 만족

清潔感があって、アメニティも付いていて良かったです。お部屋も広くて快適でした。ただ、シャワーが水しか出なかったのでそこを改善してほしいです。

文句なし。受付のレディボーイの方が神対応でタクシー呼んでって頼んだらグラブ呼んであげるよって言ってくれた

満足度は高かったのです。気になるとしたらシャワー室の流れが悪かった点です。

The hotel is far from the city center. The staff helped us to get a rental vehicle for our entire vacation.
One thing about though, the hotel claimed that I only paid for 2 person for each room , or at least it was what expedia take for when I pay for the booking. So I had to add payments for our 5 day stay
