Absoluut niets

I was very disappointed with our stay here and would not recommend this hotel based on their levels of customer service. We arrived at 14h00 to check in but were told the room wasn't ready. No apologies, just it won't be long. We were asked to sit in reception which we did. We were told we could go to the pool and leave our bags but as we had been up since 4h00 we just wanted to get into our room. I asked a couple of times and was just told "it won't be long". After over an hour and a half of sitting in reception we were signalled up to be given our room key and 2 tokens each, with absolutely no explanation what the tokens were or how to use them! A general sorry for your wait and that was it! A few days prior to our check in, I received a message from the hotel asking what time we would be arriving and I messaged back to say 14h00. I also asked a couple of general questions about our stay and no-one bothered replying, even though I sent the message twice.


When we got in the room it had obviously been cleaned in a hurry as there were hairs in the bathroom and mould around the shower (not really what you expect from 4* hotels). With that level of cleaning we didn't want the room cleaned every day but there was no do not disturb sign in the room. I asked at reception 3 times for a do not disturb sign. The first two times they couldn't find any and asked me to come back. The 3rd time the receptionist said he would get one brought to our room. By the next day it still hadn't been brought. I went back again and after rummaging through drawers they found one! What sort of hotel doesn't have something as simple as that?


The Aircon unit constantly dripped on the floor in the room and the safe didn't work. Also, the WiFi was absolutely rubbish and we couldn't use it.

Das Personal war nicht bestens motiviert, mit einer Ausnahme. Ein junger Mann im Gastrobereich (Frühstück und Rezeption) war sehr bemüht und freundlich. (Kleinerer, leicht korpulent, blonde Haare, immer am lachen und sehr bemüht.)
Der Aufpreis für Abendessen mit 26 Euro pro Person war zu hoch. Die Servicekräfte waren oft träge. Tische waren nicht gedeckt. Gläser am Tisch haben fast immer gefehlt. Kaffee in der Früh mit Einweglöffel war grenzwertig.
Am Pool waren die Plätze bereits in der Früh immer komplett mit Handtüchern belegt, der Bademeister hatte keine Ambition dagegen einzuschreiten.

Das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man vor allem an der Ausstattung, den Betten und den Wänden. Auch die Steckdosen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Außerdem wird das Zimmer nicht staubgesaugt. Gerade wenn man täglich vom Strand kommt, wäre das sehr sinnvoll, da sich schnell Sand im Zimmer ansammelt.

Orari cena: troppo presto inizio e fine cena

Cena troppo presto e necessario maggiore rispetto delle regole e abbigliamento più adeguato negli spazi comuni.

- Unser Zimmer war auf dem 4 Stock und wir hatten fast nie Wifi.
- Für die Safebox musste man extra 18€ für eine Woche bezahlen + 5 % Depot (ich finde das gehört inkl. zum Zimmer dazu)
- Sauberkeit nur mässig. Es stinkte oft in der Badewanne oder nach WC-Spülung nach dem Abfluss. Man riecht es im ganzen Zimmer.
- Keine Duschgel/Shampoo/Bodylotion nichts zur Auswahl. Es hatte nur so eine riesen Flasche Handseife. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr schlecht. Wir mussten uns alles dann selbst kaufen. Mit Handseife kann man sich doch unmöglich die Haare waschen.
- Abfluss Dusche schlecht. Wir hatten eine halbe Überflutung, da das Wasser nicht abläuft. Der ganze Sand bleibt in der Wanne liegen.

3. Der Boden war z.T. klebrig
4. Die Aussicht war eine Hecke 2 Meter vor dem Balkon, damit man die Strasse nicht sieht.
5. Der Empfangsapero war mickrig, ein kleines Glas Sekt ohne auch nur ein Chips
6. Die Badetücher konnte man nur zu gewissen Zeiten erhalten, tauschen, zurückgeben
7. Das Personal kam beim Auffüllen der verschiedenen Stationen beim Frühstück überhaupt nicht nach, d.h.

Principalmente i limiti di questa struttura sono nella ristorazione. Qualità del cibo non ottimale e fin troppo pasticciato per i miei gusti. Se la colazione si salvava grazie all'area show cooking dove venivano realizzate le uova in mille varianti tutte ottime, la cena era un terno al lotto. Raramente abbiamo mangiato qualcosa di veramente buono. Le bevande si pagano a parte e per quanto ci riguarda pur ordinando sempre acqua frizzante a volte la pagavamo 3,50€ altre volte 4€. Onestamente la ratio non l'abbiamo capita. Lo staff di sala è un po' sottodimensionato per fornire un servizio adeguato a un ristorante con tutti quei coperti infatti, bisognava un po' rincorrerli per richiedere dei bicchieri che spesso mancavano (e che puzzavano TUTTI di uova) o per chiedere di pulire un tavolo.
