Pros:

Spacious apartment, warm staff, good location. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again

We loved this comfortable, spacious apartment in an amazing location!
Pros:

Beautiful location, spacious apartment, kind and helpful staff. Having this much space in Japan felt like a luxury! Easy to get to from Kyoto station and close to Pontocho, Gion, and the river.

Cons:

The all-in-one washer/dryer stretched out our cottons and did not dry the clothes. We had better luck hanging our clothes on the drying rack next to the de-humidifier. However, it is convenient to be able to wash without going to a laundromat.

Property was perfectly located and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

Because it was an apartment style hotel, I would have preferred if there were simple cleaning amenities like a broom or small vacuum.

Great location and lovely large apartment with fantastic view
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The location was fantastic on a lovely quiet street next to the river with restaurants etc nearby, but also very walkable to the busier areas. We walked to many places we wanted to visit but were also close to train stations and the bus. We had a fantastic river and mountain view. The apartment was large and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and feel like we had the best location and view in Kyoto.

Pros:

Great home base for our family of 4 to explore Kyoto. There were multiple sites within walking distance and easy access to public transport for those further away. The facilities were perfect for our needs and the view was spectacular!

Clean and comfortable with a decent location to Gion and Nishiki.
Pros:

Spacious property, by far the largest room we had during our trip to Japan. The facilities were clean and comfortable, but some furniture was a little dated. The location is about 15 minutes walk from Gion and the Nisiki Market, but not really accessible to a train station from walking distance with baggage.

Cons:

Caution: This hotel (like all Kyoto hotels) collects an extra city tax at the time of check in. That tax is now well disclosed on Booking.com and they would only accept cash when we checked in. Be sure to communicate with the property to understand extra taxes before you arrive.

Perfect location and room
Pros:

Wonderful room. Large enough for our family of four to spread out. Wonderful location. Easily walkable to everything and on the river. Was very quiet. Great food nearby. Would highly recommend.

La piece principale fait 2.20 m x 1.90 m et c'est difficile de déplier.
Trop d'accessoires encombrants dans un espace exigu.
