Pros:

깨끗하고 넓고 취사가능. 세탁기 사용해서 짐이 줄어든게 좋았습니다. 수건도 매일 마음껏 쓸수 있었어요.

Cons:

5박이나 했는데 중간청소 없었고 청소하려면 1층로비에 있는 청소기 가져다가 직접 하라고 안내함?????!!!!!!
강변이라 뷰는 좋은데 위치는 살짝 애매합니다.

Lovely close to the station friendly
Pros:

Good central location, everything we needed was there. It was a nice mix of traditional and modern style.

Cons:

It was a little dated, I thought it was more modern. We didn’t have a view of the river.

Spacious apartment in a great location with friendly employees
Pros:

We stayed in six different hotels during our Japan stay and this was our favourite. A large apartment in an excellent location with very friendly and helpful employees.

Excellent location with helpful staff
Pros:

Fully self contained apartment with 2 beds. Although one bed was futon in living room.
the location is excellent, walking distance to everything. Very nice breakfast delivered to the door each morning in a bento box

The second bedroom didn’t have full walls, just wooden lattice, so our children were disturbed by the light in the living room / kitchen space.

Ww had a wonderful stay. The room was wonderful and she staff was also wonderful.

Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely recommend and also stay again! This is our (my husband and I) 2nd trip to Kyoto and we loved staying here.
For those who don't speak any Japanese, the front desk workers (8:30 am - 8:30 pm) speak english fluently. The front desk workers between 8:30pm and 8:30am speak only Japanese (when we were there) but if you need you can definitely use an translating app and you'll be fine. They will also hold you luggage until check in. They can also help arrange luggage transport services should you need.
The location is very convenient we could easily walk to Gion, Ninenzaka, Nishiki market, and the Kawaramachi shopping area. Lots of dining options nearby as well.
The kitchen and larger than usual refrigerator/freezer was so convenient to be able to shop a grocery stores and make food in room (especially for breakfast). They have condiment and cooking spices downstairs should you need any for your cooking. In room washer/dryer and drying rack to hang clothes is also extremely convenient.
I would recommend booking a river view room as it is very nice and relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the birds as well as people walking their dogs.

Cons:

I didn't have any issues with anything during our stay. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the workers who were courteous, helpful, and kind.
