Pros:

Estancia súper amplia, muy bonita, en muy buenas condiciones, muy cómoda y súper bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para vivir (casi como en casa). Tuvimos que recibir un paquete en el hotel y el personal se encargó de gestionarlo.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the river.
Pros:

Great location for restaurants, temples, and easy access to trains. The apartment had lovely furnishings and it was perfect to have extra space for a few days. Having a washing machine was a big bonus.

Great location and very spacious
Pros:

Great location. English speaking staff. This is a full apartment so you get lots of space and privacy. Great as a home base around the kyoto area as it has a washing machine. Hotel can have luggage forwarded to and staff will help forward luggage to your next stay, which helps a lot!

Cons:

The clothes dryer ruined some of our clothes.

Spacious and well located
Pros:

Great location with awesome restaurants, bars, cafes and vibes. The place was very big by Japan standards (and even generally). Staff were friendly and helpful. A great spot to stay!

A relaxing stay in a great location.
Pros:

Our room was very stylish, comfortable and spacious. We overlooked the river and had a lovely outdoor terrace in which to relax. The staff were friendly, and super helpful. This was our best stay whilst travelling around Japan!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Loved the layout of the superior suite and the combination of a bedroom and a tatami room. Great quiet street but close to many restaurants and walkable to sights.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a few hooks or a towel rack. But no other feedback.

깨끗하고 넓고 취사가능. 세탁기 사용해서 짐이 줄어든게 좋았습니다. 수건도 매일 마음껏 쓸수 있었어요.

Cons:

5박이나 했는데 중간청소 없었고 청소하려면 1층로비에 있는 청소기 가져다가 직접 하라고 안내함?????!!!!!!
강변이라 뷰는 좋은데 위치는 살짝 애매합니다.

Lovely close to the station friendly
Pros:

Good central location, everything we needed was there. It was a nice mix of traditional and modern style.
