Safe and clean no need to pay more.
Cons:

Only issue we had was the taxi we’d book through the hotel to pick us up from the airport didn’t show but they deducted it from our bill.

All good but pool is a lie
Pros:

Excellent location, not very noisy considering where it is, clean and with a good breakfast.

Cons:

The pool in the picture is a lie. It’s a big jacuzzi, it was dirty. The photographer did a miracle in the picture to look that big

Beliggenheden var ok og det venlige personale

Cons:

At vi fik et værelse uden vindue. På Booking.com viste værelset at der var vindue og siddeområde med stol og bord hvilket heller ikke var rigtigt. Værelset var storting dejligt og skøn seng men havde ikke valgt værelset hvis der havde stået det var uden vindue. Receptionen bekræftede fejlen og prøvede ud fra hvad de sagde om vi kunne flytte værelse men det kunne ik lade sig gøre. Vi fik tilbudt at få taxa til lufthavnen betalt og to drinks men vi skulle ikke i lufthavnen bagefter så…. Hvis man er ligeglad med at have et vindue så ok men vil ik booke det igen. Værelse 301 uden vindue.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, a 10 min à pied du centre ville.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Le personnel est adorable, et parle bien anglais.
J'ai pu échangé avec Thomas via WhatsApp avant notre arrivée au Vietnam et il m'a même conseillé sur mon itinéraire.
Jolie rooftop avec petite salle de sport

Cons:

L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une grande piscine comme sur les photos, mais d'un petit jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas quand nous y sommes allés. Dommage !

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While there were several positive aspects of my experience, I believe it is important to address a few concerns that could significantly enhance guest satisfaction.

Firstly, I found the location to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly as the hotel is situated inside a lane that does not allow for direct vehicle access. This could pose challenges for guests with heavy luggage or those relying on transport services.

Additionally, I found the rooms to be quite small. A bag measuring 4 ft by 4 ft was difficult to accommodate, which made for a less comfortable stay. It would be beneficial to provide clearer information regarding room dimensions for future visitors. Also there is no water jets in the toilets, no restaurant to order food :-(
