La gentilezza personale

Cons:

La camera malgrado fosse una de luce ridotte dimensioni per passare da una parte all' altra del letto e spegnere le luci che erano solo da una parte bisognava essere magrissimo in quanto la distanza dai piedi del letto e la parete era di 20 centimetri!! La tanto decantata vista sulla città era una vista si una discarica. L' ingresso dell' hotel era in un vicolo penoso.

Dirty location
Cons:

I arrived at night and had a really bad experience trying to find Grand Cititel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is actually located in a small valley that’s very hard to find, and cars can’t even get inside. The path leading down was full of rubbish, which made the whole area look dirty and unpleasant. After seeing the condition of the place and struggling just to reach it, I decided to leave and find another hotel instead.

前台服務人員也都非常親切。

Cons:

我的房間裡完全收不到訊號，就連飯店提供的wifi也完全無法使用
只有房間玄關位置接收的到，這讓我感到非常不方便
另外，房間隔音不是很好。
以這樣的價位來說，飯店整體設備與環境都顯得十分老舊，
其他的設施與服務也相較其他同等級飯店收費更高。

For the money I expected more than that
Pros:

The hotel location is good

Cons:

The walls are very thin and we had a lot of commotion on our last night, and we had to call the front office
The shower is not separated from the bedroom. Has a lot of water logging outside the shower
The breakfast is a bit boring.
Some hash browns would be nice and the bacon was terrible

Pros:

All of the front desk staff, and the cleaning crew that I contact with, treated me like an old friend not just a customer. This includes Lisa, Bryan Toni, Patrick, Thomas and Bong.

The breakfast is fantastic, the room was very nice, and the location was close to the Opera House and Ho Hoan Kiem.

I read some negative comments about the alley access to lobby. It isnt great, but it is also nothing to worry about. It is wide, well lit, and people coming and going all the time.

Cons:

The gym equipment could use repairing and the hot tub was never hot when I tested it.
