Pros:

The rooms was big and the bed very comfortable for 2 adults and one toddler, enough space for sleeping together.

Cons:

At night we star smelling some cigarette smoke, never know from where it came from, we let them know at the reception and they were very polite to take our notes. So great service.

Pros:

Our stay at Grand Cititel was amazing, room was comfy and clean, wifi was good for meetings, great breakfast options. Staff was super friendly and attentive at all times, shoutout to Lisa that even gave us some Vietnamese sweets during check-out. Would stay again and recommend!

Prima verblijf om Hanoi te ontdekken!
Pros:

Prima kamers met leuke rooftopbar op loopafstand van de stad.

Cons:

De kamers waren best gehorig. Geluiden bij buren en op de gang waren duidelijk te horen( ook ‘‘s nachts)
