Unbedingt Verdunklungsrollos anbringen, sonst wird man ständig durch das Licht vom Bewegungsmelder des Nachbargrundstücks geweckt.

Pros:

I had a very brief stay, in Leipzig for football. That meant the prices were inflated a lot from normal, but it's a pleasant hotel with v helpful staff. Good location... brisk 25 min walk to Hbf/city centre or useful tram right outside.

Cons:

I had to leave really early so knew there would be no breakfast, but the coffee machine being on would have been nice! Not a big deal.

Pros:

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Communication before arrival was swift. Room was very clean and spacious. Would stay again if I return to Leipzig

Cons:

No AC so was a little warm at night and the road outside was pretty noisy from pretty early
