La Clim fait énormément de bruit
Les chambres sont assez vétuste
O pequeno almoco era bom, sendo variado e tipo buffet . O hotel fica perto do porto de Cebu e para quem goste de caminhar, fica perto de algumas das atracoes da cidade : cruz de Magalhaes e a Basilica de Santo Nino ( tem que se entrar com as pernas cobertas , tive que comprar umas calcas a uma senhora que estava a entrada ) . Caminhamos mais um pouco e visitamos a Plaza Independencia, onde esta o Forte de San Pedro. O hotel tem uma pequena piscina no ultimo andar ( emprestam gratuitamente uma toalha de banho ), com uma boa vista panoramica. O quarto tinha um tamanho " medio ", com ar condicionado.
Surgiu um problema com o ar condicionado , que ao desligarmos, comecou a pingar no seu interior, fazendo barulho o que nos impedia de dormir. Ja passava da meia noite e fomos a recepçao expor o problema e rapidamente o resolveram . Passados uns minutos foi um funcionario ao quarto ver qual o problema e mudaram -nos para outro quarto no mesmo andar !! Ficámos satisfeitos com a atuaçao do hotel !!

Near and accessible to all attractions and transportations. Very clean and comfortable. All staffs are approachable and very friendly. Highly recommended.

L endroit , la qualité de m hôtel, chambre, impeccable, la réception, impeccable, les hôtesses et personnel extrêmement professionnel, petit déjeuner, très copieux, la piscine sur le toit est un plus très agréable

Het water liep eigenlijk overal heen behalve m’n doucheputje. Het hotel licht downtown wat leuk klinkt maar niet de veiligste buurt is achteraf gezien. Niet dat ik me onveilig heb gevoeld maar merkte wel dat ik hier meer op m’n hoede was

I had to pay extra to check in earlier, 3 hours earlier. They could have let me check in without extra cost since I am a returning customer and many times I left the hotel many hours before check out time.
Comfy bed ,nice location and great staff !
Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs in a timely manner. We didn't order food so I can't really tell anything about it. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It is situated in a good location close to the important landmarks in the city and has a really good view of the city.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Only thing was that smoking wasn't allowed in the room. Everyone is supposed to smoke in the 9th floor balcony. Other than that, I had a wonderful time at the hotel.
