Facility was nice and clean
One of oir rooms had AC issues which eventually got fixed. The hotel itself is nice but It wasn't in the best location. Their laundry service was down so we have to bring our laundry to another place.

Checking in takes several minutes.
Location was great, right next to Central station.

Cheap with nice room, good airconditioning. The pool had limited seating but was a nice place to cool down. One set of lifts for the entire building, so you did have to wait a little sometimes.
Staff did their job, but did not even attempt to provide any service above that (they were pretty busy when we were there). Location is not great, you pretty much need to grab anywhere interesting.

Didn’t find anything to not like
The hotel is great and so on with the staff very accommodating, it has a nice view of the city and very spacious room. We got 2 beds and we enjoyed our stay.
Easy access of all we needed for the family
Easy to get an omelette cooked at breakfast, food staff welcoming and helpful, location good for St. Nino some shopping, foods, Colon district.
Check-in, extra keycard - peso charge. Extra blanket - peso charge. Room ready at 2pm checkin? No, 45 min late on one room, hour and a half 2nd room... keycard at room did not work - maintainance required keycard lock (battery), TV, exhaust fan CR never fixed, connecting room - No. Noisy neighbors/hallway at elevator bank.
