Hat gepasst aber es gibt noch Potential
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und auch das Bett war super bequem

Ich hatte eine gigantische Aussicht auf die Cebu-Cordova Expressway Brücke

Auch der Pool ist nett und hat die gleiche tolle Aussicht

Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung, es gibt ein paar Malls, das South Bus Terminal ist in der Nähe und auch zum Hafen ist es (mit dem Taxi) nicht allzu weit

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl - auch Vegetarisch. Es war extrem viel Personal da, teilweise 20 Mitarbeiter auf 7 Gäste. Alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Löffel für Marmelade und Butter sind zu kurz ;-)

Cons:

Es wird nur eine einzige 0.25L Flasche Wasser pro Tag auf dem Zimmer bereitgestellt und es gibt nirgendwo im Haus eine Trinkwasserquelle oder einen 24h Laden

Die Aufzüge sind einfach unglaublich langsam, so dass z.B. der Weg vom Zimmer zum Frühstück und zurück einer Weltreise gleicht

Das Zimmer hatte einen coolen großen Fernseher aber nur unbrauchbare TV Sender. Netflix und YouTube sollte 2026 echt standard sein.

Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche war schwer zu regulieren

Das Gym war echt winzig und sah wenig einladend aus, deswegen habe ich es am Ende auch nicht genutzt

Das WiFi schwankt in Leistung und Stabilität ziemlich

Teilweise etwas komisches Klientel, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts

Perfect for 4 in 2xdelux rooms
Pros:

Location was great and saved lots of big taxi bills. Comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Restaurant available.

Cons:

We had adjoining rooms with family which was perfect to open a door in-between the rooms and pop in and out. Good room service. Nice pool setting. Convenient next to smaller mall for supermarket/pharmacy/hair salon/beauty parlour etc.

Disappointed
Pros:

I didn’t like the One Central Hotel. For the same price, I had stayed in beautiful hotels who offered much better accommodation, food, stay and service elsewhere in Philippines.

Cons:

The general ambiance and the location of this hotel, One Central hotel is nowhere near the photos and reviews posted on the hotel based on which I had decided to book it. Disappointed.

Pros:

Bien pour tout sauf l’isolation phonique par rapport à la rue

Cons:

Très mauvaise isolation phonique par rapport à la circulation ( les bruits de la rue passent par le conduit de climatisation) autrement bien pour tout le reste.

It appeared a little strange to me that I had to wait at checkout for my room to being reviewed to make sure that I haven’t broken/stolen anything. That’s a minus in terms of customer experience (even though I assume you do it for a reason)
