not recommended at all. Rooms are outdated (pictures on website don't reflect the actual situation). Breakfast is tastless. T.V. not working. The only positive thing is the receptionist Othman who is very nice and helpful.
it was very bad experience. Rooms doesnt have anything that shows in the website like mini bars.there isnt soap,glass,spoon,tissue box in the room.
they didnt light up lamps in the corridors and one of our friends fell down and broke her hand in the darkness,but hotel stuff didnt care .
They say it is a 3 star hotel, but I think it is a 2, maybe a 1 and a half star, hotel. The rooms are ok, but it is supposed to be a bed and breakfast stay, the first morning I went to get breakfast and it is such a poor open buffet, but 7:00 am they ran out of tea!! On another occasion, I went at 7:30 and some trays were literally empty! I was having my breakfast and just paused to have a few tea sips, when the waiter came to collect my plate, there was still food on my plate, I kept telling him I was not finished ‘in Turkish’ but it took him a minute to understand! Also, they need to clean, and I mean clean the rooms! The first night when I came back from our tour, they did not enter the room, it was the same, so no cleaning on my first day! The next day, I went to the reception and said ‘the room needs to be cleaned’ when I came back, the bed was made, yes, towels were changed, yes, but I don’t think there was any kind of cleaning, because the hair I left in the sink in the morning was still there. So they need to do a much better job. I forgot to mention the small curtain that does not cover the whole window. Won’t go there again.
The room was fine but the bathroom was not ok at all, the shower floods to the room everytime you take a shower.
The breakfast was not nice
Hotel is absolutely not advisable to Stay
It's dirty floor bed sheet towels u could see used towels inside the room poor service for any room request
Internet is poorly provided bo connection
Waiting to the reaction is quit long
No Restirant but they only serve breakfast cheap selection and poor quantity
