단골고객으로써의 개선 요청?
Pros:

출장 목적으로 비정기적으로 자주 이용하고 있고, 최근 근처에 머큐어 호텔이 새로 생기면서 경쟁열위(?)를 면하고자 일부 시설을 개선하려는 모습이 보였습니다. (예를 들면 객실에 공청기 등)

Cons:

그런데 여기 몇가지 단점이 있는데요. 최근의 일회성 경험이 아닌 최소 5회 이상 묵어본 사람으로써 경험치입니다.
1. 지하 1층 피트니스 센터 시설이 노후하였습니다. 특히 트레드밀 (러닝머신)은 소리가 너무 나고, 교체 또는 관리가 필요해보여요.
2. 객실에 공청기를 설치했음에도 불구하고, 먼지가 너무 많습니다. 매일 룸메이크업을 해주심에도 불구히고 먼지까지 케어는 안되는듯 합니다. 덕분에 공청기가 불철주야 열일하고 있지만, 진짜 먼지가 너무너무 심해요.
3. 욕실 수압이 약한것은 둘째치고, 하수구 냄새가 너무 납니다. 그래서 매번 메이크업 할때마다 물 내려가는 곳을 막아놓으시고 변기도 뚜껑을 내려놓는것 같던데, 정말 이해가 안가지만 변기에서 나는 냄새인것 같기도 합니다. (그리고 변기가 물탱크가 없는 모델이다 보니 보기에는 깔끔할수 있으나 물이 진짜 잘 안내려가요)

Pros:

마곡나루 지하철역 바로 옆에 위치한 호텔입니다. 주변에 카페와 식당이 많이 있으며, 식물원도 있습니다. 산책을 위한 걷기 좋은 길도 있어 가볍게 운동하기에도 좋습니다.

아름다운 서울식물원을 정원 삼아
Pros:

전철역과 공연장에서 가깝고 무엇보다 앞에 식물원이 있어서 가을을 흠뻑 만끽할 수 있는 점이 이 숙소의 가장 멋진 점입니다. 직원분들 다 친절하시고 도움을 주시려고 애쓰시는 모습 좋았구요. 시설도 깨끗하고 침구가 너무너무 폭닥해서 아주 편안했어요. 가격은 친절하지 않지만 여러모로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 위치가 다한 것 같아요.

갈때마다 친절하신 직원분들.. 쾌적한 조명과 실내 온도~ 저랑 딱 맞는 침구~!~! 넘좋아요

Cons:

도어락 배터리가 나가서 문이잠김...(처음있는일), 크롬캐스트 배터리가 나가서 교체받음.... 1029호였는데 변기가 곧 막힐거같아요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ그전에 쓰시던분들이 뭘 넣으신거같아요...ㅠㅠ

언제나 좋았지만 올해들어 더 좋아진
Pros:

객실 내 정수기가 구비되어 물을 살 필요가 없이 편안하였으며, 2025년 들어 공기청정기가 새롭게 객실에 구비되어 만족도가 더 높아졌습니다.

특히 서울식물원에서의 피크닉도 좋았지만, 서울식물원이 한강으로 이어지는 덕에 체크인 이후 한강을 따라 런닝하기도 좋았습니다.

원래도 주변 식당가가 많았는데 케이스퀘어와 원그로브 건물 개장으로 투숙하면서 원그로브 라빈리커 와인샵 & 트레이더스에서 여러 다양한 주류를 사올 수 있어 기존보다 더 편리해졌다고 느껴집니다.

깔끔하고 친절한 호텔
Pros:

호캉스를 위해 혼자 방문했다. 객실의 청결 상태는 좋았고, 우드 컬러 기반의 단정한 인테리어가 돋보였다. 객실 내에 비치된 공기 정화기, 캡슐 커피 머신, 정수기 덕분에 쾌적하고 편안한 숙박이 가능했다. 프론트의 직원은 매우 친절했다. 매트리스가 좀 더 푹신하면 좋았겠지만, 가격대를 감안하면 훌륭한 호텔이었다. 원래 다른 호텔로 갈 생각이었지만, 다음에 또 여기로 올 예정이다.

都会から少し離れた穏やかな休暇を過ごすのに最適なホテル

フロントの日本人スタッフの方がとても親切にしてくださり、ウェルカムスナックなどのサービスをプレゼントしてくださいました。
今回初めて空港に近いホテルに宿泊しましたが、少しセントラルから離れている分、自然が豊かで穏やかな休暇を過ごせてとても良かったです☺︎
弘大などにはすぐに行くことも出来ましたし、買い物をするのにも特に不便は感じませんでした。
朝食も種類豊富で美味しく、ホテルでは静かに過ごしたいタイプの方にはとてもおすすめのホテルです！

Perfect stay for families, with rewarding park views and great hospitality!
Pros:

Great view of the Seoul botanic garden and having a filtered water dispenser and electronic toilet with WARM seats is definitely a HUGE plus!! Super satisfied with the level of service from hotel staff , food quality , room amenities , locaiton is great too, there are bakeries, eateries nearby and definitely should be on your list to live away from the hustle and bustle of city and a close gateway to Gimpo airport. Also really loved the fact that the hotel's mobile convenience store has a robot employee that is at your disposal 24/7!
