Luxueus en comfortabel hotel op een mooie locatie, vlakbij botanische tuin en luchthaven.
Pros:

Zeer comfortabele kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid en goed. Voor mij was de locatie, vlak bij Gimpo Airport ideaal.

Exception service, Immaculate room, and great location
Pros:

Upon check-in we were greeted by Tay who provided us with exceptional service and completely shifted our mood after a long 13hr flight. The room was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted and more! Every single detail was thought of and placed meticulously in the room. We also loved the view of Seoul botanic garden. My only regret is that we only booked 1 night here! I will definitely be coming back to the Courtyard Marriott Seoul botanic garden.

Convenient location, comfortable stay!
Pros:

It's just outside the train station, ample to park too (we rented a car as we came from outside Seoul but decided not to drive within Seoul due to the jam) so location is really convenient. Lots of eateries nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable. The park view is stunning.

Special shoutout to the receptionist, Jackson, who was very kind and helpful. He speaks good English too!

Cons:

Bath towel a bit thin for this kind of hotel standard.

All in all it was a good stay, just with some quirks.
Pros:

Service was good. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. They also spoke English well.

Cons:

The location was a bit too far from the activities that I had planned. The pillows were either too soft or too hard. The bathroom had a window that you could see through from the room itself. There were window blinds, but that was not comforting. Breakfast was not included. Also, I was going to be charged for parking when I was leaving. I was already at the parking garage gate. When I pressed the call button, I was told to come to the front desk. I declined and pleaded that they lift the gate. Finally the gate was raised.

Pros:

출장 목적으로 비정기적으로 자주 이용하고 있고, 최근 근처에 머큐어 호텔이 새로 생기면서 경쟁열위(?)를 면하고자 일부 시설을 개선하려는 모습이 보였습니다. (예를 들면 객실에 공청기 등)

Cons:

그런데 여기 몇가지 단점이 있는데요. 최근의 일회성 경험이 아닌 최소 5회 이상 묵어본 사람으로써 경험치입니다.
1. 지하 1층 피트니스 센터 시설이 노후하였습니다. 특히 트레드밀 (러닝머신)은 소리가 너무 나고, 교체 또는 관리가 필요해보여요.
2. 객실에 공청기를 설치했음에도 불구하고, 먼지가 너무 많습니다. 매일 룸메이크업을 해주심에도 불구히고 먼지까지 케어는 안되는듯 합니다. 덕분에 공청기가 불철주야 열일하고 있지만, 진짜 먼지가 너무너무 심해요.
3. 욕실 수압이 약한것은 둘째치고, 하수구 냄새가 너무 납니다. 그래서 매번 메이크업 할때마다 물 내려가는 곳을 막아놓으시고 변기도 뚜껑을 내려놓는것 같던데, 정말 이해가 안가지만 변기에서 나는 냄새인것 같기도 합니다. (그리고 변기가 물탱크가 없는 모델이다 보니 보기에는 깔끔할수 있으나 물이 진짜 잘 안내려가요)

마곡나루 지하철역 바로 옆에 위치한 호텔입니다. 주변에 카페와 식당이 많이 있으며, 식물원도 있습니다. 산책을 위한 걷기 좋은 길도 있어 가볍게 운동하기에도 좋습니다.

아름다운 서울식물원을 정원 삼아
Pros:

전철역과 공연장에서 가깝고 무엇보다 앞에 식물원이 있어서 가을을 흠뻑 만끽할 수 있는 점이 이 숙소의 가장 멋진 점입니다. 직원분들 다 친절하시고 도움을 주시려고 애쓰시는 모습 좋았구요. 시설도 깨끗하고 침구가 너무너무 폭닥해서 아주 편안했어요. 가격은 친절하지 않지만 여러모로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 위치가 다한 것 같아요.

갈때마다 친절하신 직원분들.. 쾌적한 조명과 실내 온도~ 저랑 딱 맞는 침구~!~! 넘좋아요

Cons:

도어락 배터리가 나가서 문이잠김...(처음있는일), 크롬캐스트 배터리가 나가서 교체받음.... 1029호였는데 변기가 곧 막힐거같아요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ그전에 쓰시던분들이 뭘 넣으신거같아요...ㅠㅠ
