not great, especially after such a great stay in the Hampton in Syracuse
Pros:

breakfast was great kids loved the waffles, coffee was ok

Cons:

rooms weren't set up correctly on arrival so had to leave one of the room empty on the first night and no real apology or money back for there mistake. Also arrived with the kids expecting a pool, POOL CLOSED! Great tell that to a 6 and 10 year old

Pros:

Betty the front desk clerk is wonderful. We spoke a few days before check in to alert her to the medical treatment I would be receiving at a nearby hospital and she arranged to have us checked in hours before the usual 3PM check in time. All the staff we encountered were congenial and helpful. Betty is a jewel. You’re lucky to have such a conscientious employee.

Cons:

The HVAC system was rather noisy, but operated efficiently.

Pros:

Location, staff, free shuttle, and free breakfast. Hotel appearance is very nice and gives a great Miami vibe.

Cons:

Would have preferred a microwave in the room. The bathroom could have been a bit more cleaner, but it was acceptable.
