Amy and the other wonderful woman at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help were the highlights of my stay. In fact, they are the main reason I was able to enjoy any part of my experience. They went above and beyond to assist me and provided the level of customer service that the rest of the hotel unfortunately failed to deliver.
I asked three separate times for my room to be cleaned, but it never was. Each time, I was told that housekeeping simply hadn't gotten to it yet. Because my room was never serviced, I repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as bodywash, tissues, towels, toilet paper, and shampoo.
The lack of housekeeping created an increasingly unpleasant situation. My trash cans became overflowing, and I had to leave dirty towels outside my door just to keep the room somewhat clean and manageable.
To make matters worse, I was given a full-size bottle of shampoo, but it was intended to be installed in the shower dispenser and required a special tool or key that I did not have access to. Instead of a simple replacement, I was left with a product that I couldn't properly use.
After asking multiple times and still receiving no service, I eventually gave up and put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door.
Considering the price of the hotel, its location away from downtown, and the poor level of service, I was extremely disappointed. Basic housekeeping and amenities should not require repeated requests and never be received. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations, and I would not stay here again.

L’accueil inexistant, même pas un bienvenue, rien du tout ! Il nous a même pas dit que la piscine était fermée alors qu’on avait réservé cet hôtel exprès pour la piscine pour les enfants. Piscine fermée et même pas au courant. La chambre n’était pas très propre.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast offered a solid variety during our stay. The room was clean and well equipped, and we were given a quiet, secluded room just was we asked. LOVED that they offered free onsite parking.
The only drawback was the location, which was in a neighborhood that would have been fine had I not been traveling alone with my child.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff.
The pool was closed for the duration of our stay.
