„Wie immer zufrieden – leider diesmal mit einem sehr schlechten Zustellbett“

Das Hotel war für uns wie immer eine gute Wahl. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und auch das Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider war das Zustellbett unserer Tochter diesmal überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Matratze war gerade einmal ca. 4–5 cm dick, sodass man jede einzelne Latte des Lattenrostes gespürt hat. Wir mussten deshalb die Matratze vom Zustellbett nehmen und auf den Boden legen, damit unsere Tochter überhaupt vernünftig schlafen konnte.
Das haben wir bei unseren bisherigen Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel noch nie erlebt und waren entsprechend sehr enttäuscht. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dies eine einmalige Ausnahme war und wir bei zukünftigen Aufenthalten wieder die gewohnte Qualität vorfinden.

Une odeur de tabac très désagréable envahissait la chambre
Présence de cheveux dans la literie
VMC très sale, non nettoyée
Le parking est payant (3€/nuit) et cela n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce.

Schmutzige Kissen, hab ich auch erwähnt. Duschwände hatten viele Dreckspritzer.Dreck an der Decke. Frühstück hatte teilweise harte Brötchen Kein gutes Buffet, Eier waren hart.Schade, so ein schlechtes Frühstück hatte ich noch nie.
