Friendly clean and great location.
Pros:

Christina the owner is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent (probably the best of our trip). The location is 10 mins walk from a charming beach. It is also 10 mins from Ribadesella (where we went kayaking - well worth it). It is also 10mins walk from a rustic restaurant which was fine. The hotel itself is a little old fashioned in its decor but that did not bother us at all. There were tea and coffee facilities. It had a charm to it. Parking was not a problem. All in all it was an excellent spot to explore the area and break up the drive from Santander.

Atención excelente pero limpieza muy mejorable
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención por parte de la responsable (Cristina) y el sitio en general. El desayuno está bastante bien.

Cons:

Inicialmente nos asignaron la habitación 7 que se encontraba en la parte inferior de la casa con acceso exterior. La habitación cuenta con un baño muy pequeño, bañera muy antigua y cortina bastante antihigiénica. Además, tiene una gran alfombra que ocupa todo el cuarto la cual genera sensación de agobio, poco luminosa, humedad y suciedad (desprendía olores a orina). Si, además eres alérgico, aumenta el problema. La habitación no se limpió previamente a nuestra entrada, encontramos botellas y galletas debajo de la cama.
Decidimos hablar con la propietaria y nos pudo cambiar a la habitación 1. La cosa mejoró, la habitación era más amplia cuenta con balcón y el baño mucho mejor. Aunque el baño sigue teniendo cortina vieja y sucia en la bañera y restos de comida y suciedad debajo de la cama. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.

Un lugar singular
Pros:

La casa es fantástica, las zonas comunes son un disfrute y la ubicación es un descubrimiento. Cristina es extremadamente atenta.
Para nosotros fue un gran acierto.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña, el mobiliario y el suelo no muy nuevos. El baño igualmente un poco para renovar

De locatie is zeer smaakvol ingericht. Prachtige kamers en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. De lunch was onvergetelijk. Eén geweldige ervaring

Het dorpje waar het hotel ligt is niet heel sfeervol, maar wel een excellente uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de buurt

Un séjour magnifique et gastronomique.
Pros:

L'endroit est extraordinaire : une très belle maison meublée avec goût et un immense jardin arboré et fleuri avec plusieurs petites terrasses et lieux pour s'installer dehors.
La dame qui accueille est très empathique et parle le français. Elle nous a préparé un panier repas pour remplacer le petit déjeuner car nous sommes partis très tôt. Et nous avons pu prendre une boisson chaude en self service dans un petit salon au 1er étage de la maison.
Le repas du soir était succulent mais nous n'avons pas eu connaissance du tarif au préalable.

El alojamiento me encantó, las instalaciones son perfectas y además con una magia única de privacidad. Y Cristina elevó la experiencia, la forma en la que tiene de personalizar y tratar inmejorable. Los desayunos son un 10.
