Zimmer mit Badewanne. Sauber.

Gut übernachten in der Nähe vom Europapark
Pros:

Gutes Frisches Frühstück, die Lage nah am Europapark und der Preis sind fantastisch!

Cons:

Die Matratzen kommen langsam in die Jahr und sollten ersetzt werden. Leider war die Bettwäsche verschmutzt was dann auch dem Housekeeping aufgefallen ist. Ich hätte das gleich reklamieren sollen statt es zu akzeptieren. So hat das Housekeeping wohl gedacht dass ich der Verursacher bin und hat den Bettbezug einfach auf links gewendet.
Als ich zum ersten Mal in das Zimmer kam ist mir sofort der volle Mülleimer aufgefallen, dieser wurde am nächsten Tag geleert. Leider war der im Badezimmer auch schon benutzt und wurde über den ganzen Aufenthalt lang nicht geleert.
Bei Duschen kann man von schnell wechselnden Wassertemperaturen überrascht werden.

Gute Lage, aber Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche war jederzeit verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind für Familien gut geeignet und komfortabel.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Wasserkocher für Babys im Zimmer.

Beim Check-in hat die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption mir spät in der Nacht keinen Wasserkocher für mein Baby gegeben, was ich in Hotels eher ungewöhnlich finde.

Positiv ist jedoch, dass mir bei einem späteren Schichtwechsel eine andere Mitarbeiterin einen Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Trotzdem wäre es wichtig, diesen Service generell anzubieten, da viele Familien mit Babys reisen.

Außerdem war die Sauberkeit nicht ausreichend, besonders im Badezimmer gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf.
