Pros:

Hotel propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très bien situé. Proche Rulantica et Europa Park.

Cons:

En revanche on vous fait payer un parking même si il n’y a pas de place pour ce garer.
Revoir la qualité des oreillers plats, très plats.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel .
Pros:

Hôtel à proximité d Europa-Park ( - de 10 min en voiture ). Chambres propres, petit dej très correct. Prix attractif
À l accueil il y a de quoi acheter à manger , à boire … vraiment très pratique

Cons:

À notre arrivée le 3 eme lit n était pas fait. Nous avons dû attendre que la réceptionniste vienne s en charger elle même.
Le 2 eme soir les cartes des 2 chambres que nous avions réservées avaient été désactivées…
Il manque un 2 eme oreillers dans les lit, impossible de regarder la tv en étant complètement allongé

Hôtel super pour une halte.
Pros:

Emplacement proche d'Europa Park et d'autoroutes. Excellente insonorisation.
Très calme.
Petit déjeuner varié et abondant, de bonne qualité.
Chambre confortable.

Cons:

Que des chambres avec douche dans la baignoire, difficile pour personnes âgées.

Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung. Man hätte nur schnelle auffüllen können wenn etwas leer war.

Cons:

Auch wenn das Hotel an einem Rasthof liegt mit vielen verschiedenen Sprachen, sollten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption Deutsch und Englisch können. Wenn ich als Deutsche dort etwas Nachfrage, sollte ich auf Englisch mit der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption reden. Find ich persönlich nicht gut.

Highway-Hotel / K.H. Schneider Rasthof GmbH – aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Beruflich bin ich regelmäßig als Bauleiter unterwegs und übernachte oft in Hotels. Einen derart unangenehmen Ablauf wie in diesem Haus habe ich allerdings selten erlebt.

Mittlerweile halte ich vier verschiedene Rechnungen dieses Hotels in den Händen – keine davon wurde korrekt ausgestellt. Jetzt darf ich prüfen, ob meine Buchhaltung mich wegen dieser Fehler tatsächlich noch einmal mit zusätzlicher Anfahrt zum Hotel losschickt, nur damit dort endlich eine ordentliche Rechnung erstellt wird. Allein dieser zusätzliche Aufwand ist bereits mehr als ärgerlich und Horror.

Bereits bei der Rechnungsstellung gab es massive Probleme. Obwohl ich lediglich eine geschäftlich notwendige Rechnung mit Firmenanschrift benötigt habe – etwas, das in anderen Hotels absolut problemlos möglich ist – wurde daraus an der Rezeption eine unnötige Diskussion gemacht. Freundlichkeit oder Lösungsbereitschaft waren dabei leider kaum vorhanden. Besonders die Dame an der Rezeption trat äußerst unfreundlich und genervt auf. Statt sachlich weiterzuhelfen, hatte man das Gefühl, als Gast eher lästig zu sein. Auf einfache Nachfragen wurde patzig reagiert, und insgesamt fehlte jegliche Professionalität oder Serviceorientierung.

Besonders unprofessionell fand ich, dass die Rechnung später am Abend einfach offen ohne Kuvert vor meine Zimmertür gelegt wurde. Auf dem Dokument standen persönliche und geschäftliche Daten offen einsehbar herum. Zusätzlich trug die Rechnung auch noch groß den Hinweis „Vorschau“, wodurch der Eindruck entstand, dass nicht einmal eine ordentliche finale Rechnung ausgestellt werden konnte.

Noch ärgerlicher war der Versuch, zusätzliche beziehungsweise doppelte Zahlungen zu verlangen, obwohl die Übernachtung bereits bezahlt war. Dazu kamen weitere Parkgebühren.

Der Zustand des Zimmers hat den Gesamteindruck leider ebenfalls bestätigt: veraltet, dunkel und insgesamt wenig einladend.

Hochwertiges Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, meine Wünsche in Bezug auf die bevorzugte Lage des Zimmers wurden berücksichtigt. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Vor dem Gebäude befinden sich ausreichend viele Parkplätze, für welche eine kleine Gebühr erhoben wird. Das Zimmer lag mit Blick zu diesem Parkplatz und war ausgesprochen ruhig (kein Straßenlärm). In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten, etwas zu Essen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und der Frühstücksraum hell und modern eingerichtet.
