Hotel très sympa et bien situé par rapport à Europa-Park (+/- 10 minutes en voiture).
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Chambre correcte et propre avec une belle salle de bain et climatisation.
Les lits (matelas) sont confortables.
Déjeuner bien garni et bon dans l'ensemble.
Les 2 nuits passées à l'hôtel étaient calmes.
Les petits bémols :
- le parking de l'hôtel est payant (il faut compter 5€ par jour)
- les coussins sur les lits sont trop mous (prévoyez un coussin de chez vous si vous préférez les coussins plus durs) ils n'en ont pas d'autres.
- l'hôtel prévoit une navette pour Europa-Park mais elle est payante (6€/pers par trajet - 12€ pour un aller-retour). Ça revient moins cher d'y aller avec sa voiture et de payer le parking à Europa-Park (10€)
Clean, quiet and functional
Airconditioner gives a lot of light. I used a sticker to mask it so the room isn’t lit too bright.

El trato del personal muy atentos educados sobre todo la encargada de recepción quedamos encantados con ella porque nos hizo facilitar muchas cosas y nos ayudó en todo lo que le preguntamos

Et les chambres propres spacieuses vraiment impeccables
Je recommande cet établissement a mille pour cent

Es war ein gutes Hotel an einer guten Lage und das Frühstück war auch super.
In der Dusche klebten sehr viele Haare vom Vorgänger, das war ekelhaft. Sonst war es aber sauber.
Personeel en het ontbijt zag er verzorgd uit
De kamer was niet schoon. Stof in de kast onder het nachtkastje op de vloer , spinnenweb tegen de onderkant van het bed , de douche hoeken waren beschimmeld oude douchegordijn . Douchekop was vol met kalk zelf in verschillende kleuren, haren van anderen op de wastafel , airco midden in de nacht stuk met 35 graden. Personeel verontschuldigden zich. Maar niks tegenover kunnen stellen of goed kunnen maken
