My recent stay was truly exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service I received. I arrived early, feeling unwell and under pressure with an important event on the same day. The team at the front desk, particularly Nata, Lulu, and Alpin, went above and beyond to assist me.
They quickly and professionally arranged an early check-in and, to my surprise, provided a generous room upgrade. This gesture of genuine care made a world of difference, allowing me to rest and recover before my event. Their dedication to guest comfort is truly commendable and sets a high standard for hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.
This was my second stay at Grand Orchardz Kemayoran with my family, and once again I was impressed by the warm and friendly service. The staff even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more pleasant. My only suggestion would be to bring back the Indomie Station that used to be available, as I truly enjoyed it during my first visit 👍🏻
We truly enjoyed our previous stay at Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta few weeks ago, so we decided to return for 4 nights, and once again it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Deluxe king room, which made our stay even more comfortable and it was spacious.
The breakfast selection is one of the highlights of this hotel. Every day offered something new, with a wonderful variety of both Eastern and Western dishes, plus a delicious dessert selection. It kept things exciting each morning.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Lulu, who has been exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her attentive service, especially when assisting us with the self-service laundry, really made a huge difference. In addition, our thanks also go to Navis, who has been very helpful during both of our stays. The consistent warmth and professionalism from the staff truly stand out and make us feel welcome!
Overall, this hotel continues to impress us with its comfort, food, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be coming back again!

I recently stayed at Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is strategic—close to JIExpo Kemayoran and only about 30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, making it convenient for both business trips and events.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the dining area was cozy. The location was perfect — close to major attractions and public transport. The hotel’s amenities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money. All good, the.beds are comfortable for sleeping, having my coffee in the morning is a good thing to start the day, with lots of love for the concert
Really awesome hotel, very clean. Big variety for breakfast, longer hours for breakfast which was nice and checkout at noon so you can sleep in. If you Need an affordable option for a nice hotel. This is a great option. Talk to Lulu at the front desk and she’ll help you out.

We stayed at Grand Orchards Kemayoran on June 28th, pas banget weekend-nya PRJ. And honestly, it was such a good decision! Lokasinya tuh strategis banget, not on the main road yang rawan macet, tapi di side area yang dekat sama pintu alternatif ke Gambir Expo. Super convenient kalau ada acara di JiExpo, no drama stuck in traffic.
Hotel experience-nya also beyond expectation. Check-in was fast and super helpful. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, modern enough, and I love how everything feels effortless di sini. Breakfast-nya juga oke,lumayan variatif dan enak.
What surprised us was the extra facilities. Ternyata ada hot tub, sauna, dan steam room, which is quite rare for us to find these days. And bonus point, they provide a self-laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Buat yang stay lebih dari 1-2 hari, this is super helpful.
Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Definitely a place we’d pick again if ada event di JiExpo next time. Thank you Grand Orchards, sukses terus and see you on our next trip!

I've stay in here for many times each year for many events like PRJ, DWP, Ifex, etc.
Overall is great.
But this year I facing an inconvenience issue about the free parking ticket.
I staying for 4 nights (6-10), in day one everything is good. I come to concierge for free parking ticket and I already told the concierge that I stay for four nights. Then the staff said "Ok" & only asking for my car's registration number.
Well, day 1 is going well.
But, In day 2, when I'm in hurry I cannot go out with my ticket. then I drive back to the concierge for free parking ticket. The staff asking again for my car's registration number. Then I use that free ticket,the gate not open!
So I call gate security to open the gate. But he said I must pay for the parking fee.
I don't want to pay it because I should get free parking, I have open 2 rooms here.
Then he call another security come to the gate, and this man ask me impolitely to complain it to the reception. they don't want to open the gate because i don't want to pay. (hello, that is the facility that I must get, tho...??? It just only free parking issue!)
Offcourse I'm going mad then I told him to open the gate, & I told him to write my registration number & my room number.
HEY! Nobody told me about the rules that everytime I go out, I need to ask the ticket from concierge! Even the hotel didn't have any instructions at the parking gate!
