Pros: Near to the pier and many spots near the sea. Convienance
Cons: Tideness is so bad, the toilet is broken and have stain. Please bring your own towel, tooth paste and brush! The bed sheets are dirty.

地點方便, 但環境較污糟, 浴巾黴爛, 廁所板已發黃和有裂紋.

staff is friendry and couteous . next time i choice this hotel.

良かった点
・ホテルからスリアサバやセンターポイント、市場と徒歩圏内でありお買い物が楽しめた。
・周りにコンビニも多く、ホテルの並びにあるご飯屋さんも美味しかったし、ケンタッキーやバーガーキングなども並びにあって食には困らない。
・有名なバクテーやチキンライスのお店も近く、観光にはとても便利。
・服かけるところとコンセントが多くて良かった。
・ドライヤー小さいのにめちゃくちゃパワフルで良かった。
・スタッフの方もとても親切で気持ちよく滞在できた。
悪かった点
・入口は施錠されていてカードがないとロビーに入れないが、前でたむろか待ち合わせしてる人が自分の後ろから一緒に入ってロビーで涼んでたのが怖かった。
・WiFiが毎回ログインしないといけないので、パスワード書いてある紙捨てると大変。
・洗面所の排水が悪い。
・バスタオル以外のバスマットと手拭きタオルの違いが分からず使うのに躊躇った。

even though its just a simple hotel but the amenities are complete & was amazed. they even provide safebox in the room. they gave gift to guest checking in with them. i really like the hotel & wont hesitate to recommend it to others

객실이 깨끗하고 에어컨이 시원해서 좋았고 시장과 쇼핑몰 그리고 음식점이 가까워서 좋았습니다 섬투어를 떠나기 전날이나 당일에 숙박하면 좋을 것 같습니다

1. Location
Good location to roam around the city. It's near Waterfront, shopping malls and local markets. Safe and easy to find.

2. Room
Room was a bit small but clean. They didn't change the bed sheet but did change towels and room kept neat during the stay. Hot water and AC are available. No insects. A bit noisy since it's near markets and stuff. No fridge.

3. Staff
Kind and helpful.

4. Price
Good budget hotel.

３泊しましたがコタキナバル市内の中心に位置していて、立地が良く周りに飲食店も多数あり便利でした。部屋は清潔で一人旅でしたが、値段も手頃で快適に過ごせました。ホテルのスタッフも親切でGrabで車を呼んでもらい、安い値段で目的地に移動することができました。

가성비 대비 매우 만족스러운 숙소입니다. 방도 꽤 청결한 편입니다. 세계공용 콘센트가 있어서 어댑터가 따로 필요 없습니다.

The hotel is ok for normal stay

Small simple rooms for a good price. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. You wouldn't want to stay too long as there's not even enough room to open two suitcases.

Great location, ideal for solo travelers or backpackers who wants a bit more privacy than hostels, staff are very helpful and friendly, good value

It is the only problem that I faced that I would have to redo my room key every day as I cannot open my room door - 3 days consecutively.

The hotel is in the city center. Had a great stay over there.
