Central location but noisy with windows open.
Rooms very small. No lobby seating area or place to congregate. Overall a somber vibe to the place. Parking offsite quite expensive.

Chambre confortable et propre, avec la climatisation.
Nous avons pu profité en privé de l’espace SPA avec une heure offerte.
Le personnel est très agréable.
Le seul bémol c’est l’absence de parking. Il faut parfois faire un peu de marche en dénivelé avec les valises.

Lokalizacja super, blisko stare miasto, port, plaża.
Przeciętne śniadania, łazienka z grzybem na fudze i silikonie, były tez dwie usterki które zostały od razy naprawione na drugi dzień po naszym zgłoszeniu.
Bardzo mały pokój, ciężko się ruszyć, widok z okna na budynek, cienkie ściany...
Nie przyjechalabym ponownie...
We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Cassis. Although we experienced an issue with our room upon arrival, Rémy immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right.
Thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests, he arranged an upgrade that made our stay truly memorable. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience.
The hotel is well located, comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming, but Rémy, Ugo and Stephane’s exceptional service was the highlight of our visit. Thank you for turning a potential disappointment into a fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.
