I checked 3am
1.When we switch on AC then there a big sound from outdoor unit. Very very noisy.
So switched off the AC and slept with fan
I am upset
2.WC toilet seat cover can’t stand straight... it keep falling down... so I need to hold the cover with 1 hand and piss with other hand

3. When we order tea and water in the morning 9am they asked us pay cash for tea and water since they r not able bill to room due system error. Room entry checkin not shown in system.
Very uncomfortable.
4. When we complained at reception in the morning about these then didn’t care only. They simply listen and laughed
