Pros:

Good size rooms and comfortable beds

Cons:

At least one of the rooms had a ceiling alarm that had a really bright light on it which shone into our eyes in bed. It was very disruptive.

Good value room for a one night stay in London. Lovely room. Friendly welcome.
Pros:

The person who greeted me was exceptionally friendly and very attentive. The room had a bath which was a lovely surprise, and the bathroom was large. Cosy room with stylish decor and furnishings.

Cons:

Lots of stairs up to the room.

Just what I wanted for a long weekend in London.
Pros:

It wasn't cheap but its in an excellent location with very accessible public transport links.
The room was very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
