Amazing Customer service
Pros:

Our recent stay was excellent and customer service was magnificent. One example of many was we checked in online, and when we arrived and went to the front desk to obtain our keys the person working noticed my mother walking with a cane and asked if my parents would prefer a mobility accessible room then made the change. Also the Manager came out and chatted with my parents, then the next day during breakfast came over and remembered my parents and chatted with them some more asking follow up questions from the previous day. Everywere was clean and well kept. It was a very pleasant stay after a day long car ride.

A very pleasant oasis to stay overnight on our long road trip from Iowa to Texas.
Pros:

Conveniently located at the crossroads of I-335, I-35, and US 50. The room was very quiet. The showers were hot and powerful. The beds were comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, exhibiting a positive attitude.

I can't think of anything.

Pleasantly surprised with Emporia
Pros:

Easy access to interstate and centrally
located. Property was clean, staff was very friendly and professional. Surprisingly Emporia has several really good dining options! I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Emporia.

Pros:

Breakfast host on Saturday was very polite and kind on October 25th. The room was clean and everyone was nice. I will choose this hotel when I pass through town again.
