Pros:

Had a great experience. Our room TV was not working and Lakessia the front desk lady helped us immediately and gave me another room. We were there for the NCA cheer competition and she made all the cheerleaders feel so welcome and was rooting for them when they left to compete. She is very professional helpful and goes beyond to help us during the snow storm. The hotel is a nice place we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool but the breakfast every morning was also very good. The best thing that happened was having the reception lady help us. Thank you again !!

Cons:

The top floor was freezing in the hall way but our rooms were very warm

The room size was decent.

Cons:

The carpet was nasty. The room smelled bad. There was no ironing board in the room. Our dogs’ fur is turned black because they sat/played in the carpet. There are multiple botched patch work in the room. There is one shower gel for hair and body. The location was sketchy and the attendant said the property was fenced to keep the homeless people away. There were homeless people queuing for breakfast in the lobby.

Location, cleanliness, and I couldn't hear my neighbors.

Cons:

I would have liked the hotel to book a private masseuse to give me and my daughter a spa day, oil massages and face mud treatments.

Very comfortable. nice friendly staff, good amenities, very satisfactory.
Pros:

Great staff, comfortable room. Close to major highway.

Cons:

No A/C in 4th floor hallways. breakfast could have a little more variety. Fence around building and being in an industrial area not mentioned in ad.
