The pool was closed for “cleaning” two days in a row and the front desk staff was rude both times we asked politely if it was open
Completely overpriced for the “amenities”
The lot was barely plowed enough to even park
Room was extremely spacious as expected for the room we got
Room was not as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was pretty good but seemed to not take into account people’s preferences - if they had just separated things it would have been fine. (Like if you got eggs it had to come with cheese, if you got pancakes it had to come with apples) Staff was not very helpful or kind. :/
Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
But I must comment on the check-in, particularly Mark G.
He was working the check-in when we arrived a little after 7pm. He noticed right away that my husband was struggling with his walker. Mark G offered getting a wheel chair to make it easier but my husband declined.
He then offered a room on the first floor very near the breakfast area. We gladly accepted the offer and had a wonderful room. After settling in I could not get the remote control to work on the TV. Again Mark came through with new batteries. We were very pleased with the room, the staff and breakfast.
Can’t think of a thing to complain about. Great staff
Clean, & friendly especially the Lady in the kitchen who was there every day. She went above and beyond to help everyone enjoy their breakfast. She made cookies and made sure everyone got some. She also managed to order, get, and prepare some bacon by the last day after not having any on National Bacon Day. She purposely sought me out and brought the bacon to my table to make sure I got some.
There was only one small trash can in the room and a smaller one in the bathroom. I would suggest maybe two mid size trash cans in the common areas and a small one in the bathroom, or a large one in the hall for excess trash.

Que hubieran dejado la buena costumbre de mantener café caliente ya que era reconfortante volver a ultima hora de la tarde/nochecita en invierno y tomar una taza de café caliente antes de subir a la habitación. Y ya poco se.mantuvonla costumbre de que hubiera alguna fruta disponible. Un pequeño retroceso. Al igual que no hubiera servicio de limpieza los días domingos.
I always stay at Hampton Inn because they’re clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable the room we had was unbelievably big and roomie.! And you get a free breakfast and the staff no matter which camp I go to is always exceptional! Thank you
