Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was lovely and warm and comfortable and clean and it's location was perfect for me short walk from train station and in town centre

attended family funeral but hotel was great
Pros:

Have a stoma bag that came away during night cleaned as best i could tried to speak to someone but no answer . Really sorry about this
