The place it self was ok in good location staff was ok
unfortunately, the shower was blocked. There’s no hot water. One of the electric plugs didn’t work hair dryer didn’t work and wallpaper hanging off the walls

As I was staying more than a week I had access to the kitchen, Microwave, fridge.
Good Location in the centre of town.
It can get noisy Friday and Saturday nights, they have parties down stairs till late, though I was informed of this in advance. It was a lot quieter during the week. Which was ok for me.
Nice room with TV and ensuite. Central location. Close to railway station.
No Breakfast. No where to leave your bags until the afternoon. A bit noisey on Friday night.

The room was very clean and cosy lovely room would recomend the place to anyone its near the train station as well as the shops
The stairs it would have been beter with a lift
No breakfast but witherspoons was right over the road
Although the hotel don't serve food there was plenty of places close by.
A great base to explore from, I recommend askham beach about 16 minutes drive free car park with lovely views and soft sandy beach.
I didn't read the information that says it's in the town center above a lively pub and function room, and over sight on my behalf, it did quite down after 11.
And the car park close to the hotel is free from 3 pm till 8 am if you are wanting a lie in it may be worth paying for the 24 hour car park close by.rather than getting up to pay £4.10 for 3 hours which is the maximum.

was advised upfront about saturday evening noise from the bar, and all stopped at midnight...so no issues at all
Clean, friendly, good prices
Saturday there was a party in a function room right below us which kept us us.
Sunday Externally loud live music, the walls were rattling in our room.
At the least ,knowing we weren't part of the party on the Saturday, we would have thought we could have been roomed a bit further than right above them
