Pros:

The staff are exceptionally good.
Our bedroom ,(28) although compact had everything that we needed and was mainly quiet because it was at the side.
The breakfast was really nice, always cooked fresh and plenty of choice.
.We also ate dinner there some of the time

Cons:

Nothing. A clean, welcoming hotel convenient for Sidmouth Town centre.

Very disappointed for the money we paid
Pros:

Sea front

Cons:

Room was dirty on top of wardrobes when I put case up and paid extra for sea view and there was sea gull poo baked on windows which hadn’t been cleaned for ages, also didn’t sleep well first night as mattress was lumpy and awful, things were out right after complaining but you should not have to when you pay these prices
