Lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

Good location and welcoming staff. I had been advised in advance that there was no restaurant service that night, but the lady on reception was very helpful about where I could go to get food. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing - the weather was not in their control!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff in a great location

Well maintained and beautifully furnished hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfadt was fabulous. Loved our stay and can't wait to stay again

Really enjoyable break in a lovely location. Hotel staff were great.
Pros:

Great location. Really friendly and helpful staff and the food and service was great.

Cons:

Just a minor point, but the bar/lounge wasn’t very cosy or comfortable.

Good stay at the Kingswood
Pros:

We didn't actually stay at the Elizabeth because there was problem with out booking, it had been cancelled by mistake by the hotel. The staff were very apologetic and helpful and as they were full they found us a room at their sister hotel the Kingswood.

Relaxing , excellent facilities, food great , staff friendly
Pros:

Absolutely lovely I traveled on my own , lovely welcome and breakfast explained for next day also late night entry to hotel. Room was number 35 lovely attic room bed was comfy, room had everything I needed and a fantastic view of the sea. Tea coffee facilities ok, bathroom clean , lift to all floors , breakfast was a good choice of menu , I had full English really hot , fresh. Overall great location, high standard and comfy room will definitely stay there again
