Good location, clean and generally well maintained hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the city.
It was selected due to previous experience/stay and close proximity to local friends.
The breakfast selection was sufficient for me and enjoyable. Plus the daytime/evening menu offered a good choice of food.
I would definitely use/consider using for future visits.

Cons:

Hot water in the room appeared to be hit/miss or available at certain times.
Tried and early morning or late shower to find water cold. Spoke to reception regarding issue and the response of the duty staff, whilst happy to send someone to 'instruct me' on use did not impress me. I know how plumbing works!!

Pros:

Location was convienient

Cons:

The cleanliness of the property. There was a cockroach in the room, and the electric sockets didn’t work either.

Not value for money.
Pros:

Only breakfast is descent other all the things not value for money and room is not look like 3 star hotel.

Cons:

Room was so bad in-terms of wall colour and bed as you can see on my attached-photos.

Overall it was clean.

Cons:

But there is a serious need of an immediate pest control, as the furniture in the dining area of the restaurant was full of roaches, which certainly must be entering the kitchen and contaminating the food .

Comfort not commensurate with the high price.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient to transportation, restaurants, shops. The staff were very responsive, helpful and polite.

Cons:

Room needs to be updated with better furniture and furnishings - bed covers, curtains, chairs, table, lamps etc. Portion of the room had a step which one had to be careful to notice. The bathroom was too basic and needs a serious upgrade, not proper hot water, no partitions to avoid the entire floor from becoming wet hence unsafe - providing rubber slippers is not the answer.

Run down hotel. Bathroom smelled like feces, had cockroaches. Tub was dirty, didn’t drain. Staff and service are good. Restaurant manager needs training.

Good experience, can recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The service from the staff is prompt. Found it to be one of the better hotels in Navrangpura area which is close to many tourist attractions.

Cons:

Some of the staff members were not very polite. The restaurant took a long time to fulfil orders.
