Good location relatively close to the beach. Handy to a number of different restaurants.
The rooms are a little bit more dated than shows in the photos but overall good value for budget travelers. I paid the extra few dollars for the room with a large window. Anyone expecting 4 stars may be underwhelmed.

Spacious, Clean, and Perfectly Located
I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—much larger than expected. It was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service available. The in-room facilities were all satisfactory and met my expectations—definitely good value for the price.
What stood out the most was the location. It’s close to everything—bars, cafés, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach—all within walking distance. A great stay overall for anyone wanting comfort and convenience.

It is a little less modern that other hotels in Vietnam and you don't have a keycard but rather an old-fashioned key.
Great location, 24 convenience store next door, bakery 2 min walk, easy to get geab taxis. I had to go to hospital in the morning and my appointment was longer than expected so I ran past my checkout time but the staff were kind enough to leave my stuff in the room and no extra charge! Excellent service. Theres a small coffee shop in the building and another a few doors away. Very hood value for money. There aren't any facilities but that is expected at this low price. Highly recommend. At any level it is hard to find hotels in vietnam that are very clean.
It is on a busy road there's noise all day if you have a front facing room...for short term stay thats ok.
