Terrible maintenance. Everything was broken,
recepción didn't attend our calls. Raiting 1 star, not more. Don't come again

Ottima posizione per chi sbarca dal porto di Civitavecchia. Comodo parcheggio privato molto ampio, buona colazione a buffet e personale gentilissimo. Ci sarebbero alcune cose da sistemare a livello funzionale nella camera ma tutto sommato lo consiglio vivamente.

We were not made aware about whatever construction was going to be taken place that would make us have to walk with our large luggage from the neighboring hotel to check in and to return to the building of this establishment. If we had known we would have canceled. It was an inconvenience for us and no one offered to assist with helping us to go back to Baia del Sole. The signage was super confusing. There were no amenities at all and the building just seemed abandoned.

To expensive for the condition of the hotel I stay in better condition hotel for less money like Hilton Marriott Grand Hyatt

Unfortunately this is not a hotel we would choose to go to again. Very old and run down. I booked this as it had a pool and when we got there the pool was closed.
The staff were friendly and the veiw from our room was lovely.
Beds are old and uncomfortable. Not close to shops.

Personale cordiale, attento e disponibile. Struttura potenzialmente molto bella, ma andrebbe rivista e un po' di manutenzione in più non guasterebbe

It listed a gym, there is no gym, listed a pool , it did have one with no water in it, second pool was roped off with green water and cats using its a a drinking fountain, location is kind of far from the train station and very far from the port, room was clean, only half a shower door, they did have toilet paper, coffee was good , complemetary breakfast was so so

Hotel lasciato andare: scarico del water scarsissimo, calcare su tutta la doccia, mancanza del miscelatore sul lavandino.
Televisione con decoder digitale terrestre a parte e relativo telecomando con canali sparsi e canali tradizionali impossibili da localizzare (trovato anche Sky hotel). Letto molto scomodo e posizionato senza possibilità di accendere/ spegnere la luce senza alzarsi. Porta finestra rotta e da aprire e chiudere con chiavistello. Nesessita una ristrutturata decisa per valorizzare la posizione e la vista sul mare.

Asciugamano sporco di rossetto. Ristorante freddo senza un minimo di riscaldamento. Contorno di spinaci congelati. L’attesa da parte del cameriere di ricevere il piatto in sostituzione o quantomeno riscaldato dopo un quarto d’ora doveva ancora esservi servito. Appena arrivato in ristorante ho dovuto attendere poco più di 15 minuti Prima che arrivasse il mio personale dopo una mia richiesta.

Everything was good

Old worn property. Outlets without a cover hanging from wall. Old tiny tv that didn’t even work. Rust in the shower. No toilet paper holder. Toilet had rust stains. The staff were nice was the only plus. We would not stay here again even if it was free.

Je ne recommande pas tout cet hôtel. Déjeuner froid. Loin de tout. Tout tombe en ruine. Très déçu

This property is def outdated! The room was extremely small. The triple room came with a queen and tiny twin bed. The bed mattresses were not comfortable at all as they were worn and extra small. The TV was the size of a computer screen. The room also had an odor. The location is not optimal to food or shopping.

We checked in and immediately checked out! We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Do not stay here!!

Personale gentilissimo, struttura con grandi potenzialità, magnifica location, purtroppo trascurata nella pulizia, tavola del water rotta, infissi che non chiudono ….

Hotellet fanns inte kvar utan vi fick checka in på Hotell Mercur. krångligt blev det när vi ingen information fick från Hotel.com om detta. Men Mercur hade parkering, ac,frukost och middag men det var en trasig toalett som inte blev lagad under vår vistelse utan vi fick gå till gemensam.

La struttura è datata e necessita di manutenzione ma sopratutto pulizia, molta polvere e ragnatele presenti in stanza.
Ha del potenziale ma poco valorizzato.

Bahia del sole was under renovation, they accommodated us at the sister property Mercure Hotel. That was a bit more updated. We had a great balcony view that overlooked the docks. Beautiful property, friendly staff as well. Very convenient. Taxi from port to hotel was reasonable.
