Trotz allem top!
Pros:

Lage direkt am Kurpark und nur ca. 300 m bis zur Innenstadt. Autobahnähe. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Tiefgarage zu einem fairen Preis (14 €/Nacht). Aufzug vorhanden. Lüfter im Zimmer. Großes Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Die Flure und Gänge waren sehr warm (Ende Juni 2026).
Trotz abgeschalteter Heizung war es im Bad unerträglich warm.

Pros:

Ich war schön öfters dort. Eigentlich immer gut.

Cons:

Diesmal im Vorderhaus.
Keine Klima, Fenster geschlossen - das Zimmer war total aufgeheizt.
Mobiliar ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen.
Morgens einen Silberfisch im Bad gehabt.

Nice dated hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location near the park

Cons:

We were there during a June heatwave. Place has no A/C. Fans were provided in the rooms but didn’t help much. Also WiFi as in most German hotels is an afterthought, kind of works occasionally but useless for work etc.

4 Sterne ohne Klimatisierung bei den Temperaturen ist eine Frechheit für den Preis. Ein Turmventilator im Zimmer der die warme Lust rührt sollte die Lösung sein. Die Ausstattung stammt aus den 90ern des letzten Jahrhunderts

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personal ! Die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu bekommen ( sofern ein Platz frei ist. ) Der schöne Park direkt gegenüber vom Hotel und das hervorragende indische Restaurant, welches mit dem Parkhotel verbunden ist.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage direkt über dem Hoteleingang. Die gebuchten 3 Nächte waren sehr laut, weil dort am Eingang einige Gäste meinten teilweise bis nachts um 02 Uhr noch feiern zu müssen. Da das Hotel Personal ab 22 Uhr Feierabend hatte und somit am Empfang niemand mehr saß, war eine ruhige Nacht nicht möglich.
Wir haben dies bei unserer Abreise der Rezeption mitgeteilt und hoffen, dass es zukünftig anderen Gästen nicht auch so ergeht.

Equipment in the Budget room is very poor. Furniture and carpets are probably older then 50 years. It does not look like 4 star hotel.

Tolle Lage und nettes Ambiente.
Pros:

Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal. Ebenso die Atmosphäre. Der Balkon war schön, zu haben.
Renoviertes Bad und gutes Bett.

Cons:

Einrichtung des Hauptzimmers darf gerne auch modernisiert werden. Z.B. Teppich gegen Hartboden austauschen.
Darüber hinaus: wenn schon eine kleine Küche drin ist, wäre auch ein Wasserkocher toll, um z.B. einen Kaffee auf dem schönen Balkon zu trinken.

Für unseren Anspruch war alles perfekt!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Kurpark und 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Wir waren dort, um die Bad Homburg open anzuschauen und dafür haben wir das Hotel wirklich optimal gewählt! Für uns gab es nichts auszusetzen, gegessen haben wir nicht vor Ort.

Cons:

Die Luft in den Gängen und die Lage des Balkons, wir hatten Zimmer 118 und an der Wand des Balkons war die Abluft einer Klimaanlage angebracht, was nicht so sehr schön war.
