It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.
The place was horrible, its under construction so dust and construction debris are everywhere and also inside the room. parking is limited, dog poop are all over the place even in the entrace of hotel. inside the room is unpleasantly worse, its dirty and holes in ceilings and electical wires exposed. i do have pictures of everything to prove all the negative things i wrote. staff are not very nice, seems like its our fault to check in and bring business to their hotel. on the day i checked out the owner charged me another $45 which i paid cash with receipt, which i said i was already charged by expedia using my credit card, prepaid. the owner insist that her staff gave me a different room. is that the fault of a guest? i can't believe that expedia allow this kind of hotel be post on the selection. i am writing this to expedia and other hotel search sites of this kind of hotel/accomodation. it's really a rip off and not very unpleasant for future guest. i can send the discusting pictures for proof. i hope expedia will take this review seriously. i been to so many places and stayed in lot of hotels using your sites, even book a flight and rent a car, i am not losing hope on expedia, and looking into this matter seriously. its a sad comment i know but i want to tell the truth to warn expedia and future guest of this kinna hotels.
hotel was nice. unfortunately the renovation dowstair and awarness of hotel.staff was poor. the communication between staff was not working. and they did not know what to do about booking. they must learn how the booking is done.they ask more money what i paid and tell we not pay enough. complicate to solve
Giorgio's place is not what it is as compared to the pictures on Hcom. The bathroom had a leaking faucet, customer service was poor. TV only aired local channel, there was no wifi.
