新宿に近い､新しくて安い宿
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。
屋上には洗濯機が置いて有り、料金が安い。洗剤は無料で置いています。屋上は広々として観葉植物も有り、靴👞の洗い場も有ります。晴れた日はのんびりと都内の景色が楽しめます。

　又、玄関前にも植栽されていて、テーブルや椅子が有りくつろげて､周りのホテルより高級感があるけど、値段が安くて２本の鉄道の駅にも近いので、とても良かったです。

Cons:

食事する処に冷蔵庫が有ればいいと思いました。

Na relação das comodidades, afirmam ter cozinha. Porém NÃO tem essa disponibilidade para os hóspedes. Tem que ser corrigido. Dificultou bastante, uma vez q o hotel também não tem disponibilidade de café da manhã.

Amazing location. Literally 6-7 min walk to Kabukicho-tower. Place is clean, comfortable and it does the job!
