東京遠征の常宿決定
Pros:

新大久保駅から近く、新宿駅からも徒歩圏内
荷物を預かって頂けたのが、本当に助かりました‼︎
フロントの一角にネットをかけて番号札で管理いただきました。カギ付きロッカーではないですが、スタッフさんの目の届く所にあるので安心でした。

新宿エリアで寝るためだけならこれでOK

新大久保から近く、新宿からも歩いていけるロケーションが便利。

Cons:

シャワー室や洗面台の清掃がイマイチ。
ただし、宿泊者の使い方が悪い（髪の毛がいつも残ってる）ためでもある。

カプセルの高さが低く、動くと頭が当たりやすい。

マットレスがフニャフニャで柔らかすぎる。

シャワーの水圧が低い。

想像以上で、とても快適。

とても丁寧に説明をして下さり、
最後に
「ご不明な点はございませんか？」と
尋ねて頂きましたが、
全てを理解出来ました。

トイレやシャワー・浴室の共用を気にしない人なら何も問題ないと思いますよ。宿泊を安く抑えられれば、その分他に費用が充当できますからね。

ロケーションは色々な意味で抜群。新大久保駅から直ぐだし、周辺での飲食には困らない。

Cons:

カプセルに多くは望めないが、これでコインランドリーがあったら最高だろうなぁ～と……

Pros:

Well, my main reason that I chose this place is just to stay for a night. As a capsule hotel, it was quite comfortable.
The restroom and bathroom were clean. I felt I had a private space.
And then, they have a lounge on the first floor where you can eat, or work or have a phone call.
Well the location is quite good since it is close to shinjuku station. I can't complain for the price and accommodation.

Cons:

Not really. I hoped for the worst thing possible but it was a nice place to stay if you are on budget and solo traveler.
