Pros:

連泊しましたが定期的シーツ交換やお手入れ頂き有り難かったです。
トイレ、シャワー、洗面、ドライヤー、ヘアアイロンなど揃っていて便利だと思いました。

Cons:

シャワーが一回のプッシュで出る時間が短すぎて何度も押さなくてはならず不便でした。

快適だった
Pros:

アメニティにタオルが含まれていたのが良かった。
どこも清潔に保たれていた。

Cons:

荷物を預かってもらえたが、ロビーの床に置いておくだけだったのでセキュリティ面が心配だった。

If you’re 25+ and want a clean, comfortable stay, this is not for you.
Pros:

It is located in Shin Okubo - Tokyo’s Korea town. There are many restaurants and shops in the area.

Cons:

It’s dirty. The people who stay there are mainly youngsters who came to party in Kabukicho, so you might get an idea about the atmosphere.
The showers were terrible — the water runs for 10 seconds only, and then you need to press the button again and again.
There were no skincare products and the shampoo and conditioner were of bad quality.
There is no cold tap water, so nowhere to refill your bottle.
The ladder to the upper capsules was really uncomfortable and dangerous.

Ojo con lo que reservan. Pilas.
Pros:

Un poco reducido para no decir que es pequeño, en inf mencionaba desayuno si embargo no me dieron, me cobraron un adicional por colocar la reservacion para mujer sin embargo pregunte a varios hombres que me comentaron que no pagaron más de lo que se comentaba en un inicio a mi me cobraron un adicional de 4100 yenes qué ni mensionan en información del hotel. En resumen me estafaron.

ホテルは正直言ってかなり狭かった。案内には朝食付きと書いてあったのに、実際には提供されなかった。女性専用部屋を予約したため追加料金を請求されたが、話を聞いた男性数人は当初の料金以上は払っていないと言っていた。私は4100円の追加料金を請求されたが、ホテルの案内には全く記載されていなかった。要するに、ぼったくられたのだ。

Clean, affordable, helpful staff
Pros:

Location was great, price was very good and the hotel is clean, I stayed here for a few nights at both capsule locations, the newer building was nicer (obviously) but the old still would get a 9/10. Serves the purpose and clean and cosy

Cons:

Not much suitcase room in the larger rooms. I was near the toilet and people had to climb over me if I had my suitcase out
