A great value for the money and good location.
Pros:

Great capsule hotel in a good location near Shin Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line). There are 2 buildings for this place and I was placed in the newer one and it was very clean and easy to use. The length of the capsule (and bed itself) was just enough so that I could fit as a tall guy (193cm = 6ft. 4in.), which was nice compared to some other capsule hotels I have stayed at where I had to bend my legs a bit to fit. Men and women were separate by floor. Overall a great value for the money.

Cons:

Unforutnately some travelers talked while in the large communal room, even as late as 11 p.m., which was a bit annoying. But overall it was quiet during the main sleeping hours (midnight to 7 a.m. or so). Other than that not anything negative to say.

Oikein hyvä jos ei meinaa viettää paljoa aikaa hostellissa.
Pros:

Hyvä sijainti ja todella siisti.

Cons:

Keittiössä ei ollut jääkaappia, olisin mielelläni tehnyt itse aamupalaa. Yhteisiä tiloja ei juurikaan myöskään ollut. Pesukone olisi ollut myös iso plussa.

Great value and facilities
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and conditions met my expectations. Great value for money!! Only 5-10 minutes walk from the heart of Shinjuku

Cons:

Not much.. though would have been fantastic if there was a universal adaptor to recharge my laptop. That would have been very helpful!!

Insgesamt gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hostels ist sehr gut – Shinjuku ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Anbindung an die JR-Linien ist ideal. Das Personal war freundlich, die Schlafkabinen gemütlich und es gab kostenlose Pflegeprodukte. Positiv ist auch die Trennung von Duschen/Toiletten und Schminkbereich sowie die Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Cons:

Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es dennoch: Das Licht im Schlafbereich bleibt die ganze Nacht an. Die Badezimmer waren vor allem abends oft nicht sauber (Haare, volle Mülleimer). Es fehlt ein richtiger Aufenthaltsraum sowie grundlegende Ausstattung wie Geschirr/Besteck – auch kostenloser Kaffee oder Tee wäre wünschenswert. In den Duschen läuft das Wasser nur sehr kurz und muss ständig neu gedrückt werden. Zudem war das obere Bett durch unbequeme Stufen schwer erreichbar. Die Nachtruhe wurde häufig nicht eingehalten, und auf Hinweise dazu reagierte das Hostel kaum.

まあまあ。新大久保・大久保・新宿からでも歩いて着けるので寝るだけなら良いのかな
Pros:

フロアが女性と男性で別れていて、
フロアに入るときにカードキーが必要なので安心できた。

シャワーとトイレがフロアに3~4個ずつあったので好きなタイミングで入れた。

Cons:

ドライヤーの風量が弱い。

1人分のロッカーが小さいし、そこに入らなかったスーツケースなどを通路に置かれてて邪魔。

個室の中が臭い。枕がとくに匂った。タオルを枕の上に置かないと匂いが気になって寝られなかった。
