Schöner Urlaub in Grado
Pros:

Die Lage etwas außerhalb, Parkplätze für nur € 7 am Tag 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum ca. 15 Gehminuten. Saubere Zimmer jedoch sehr kleines Bad. Personal äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Frühstücksbuffet eventuell etwas mehr Auswahl aber war alles da was man braucht.

bis auf das Frühstück und das freundliche Frühstücksservice leider eine Enttäuschung.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Rezeptionisten nicht besonders freundlich begrüßt.
Ein herzlicher Empfang, wie man ihn sich als Gast wünscht, blieb leider aus.
Besonders enttäuschend war die Parksituation: Wir hatten das Zimmer unter anderem deshalb über Booking gebucht, weil ein Parkplatz inkludiert war.
Vor Ort wurde uns dann jedoch mitgeteilt, dass alle Parkplätze bereits belegt seien, obwohl wir sogar 2 Zimmer hatten.
Das Badezimmer war extrem klein und für zwei Personen kaum nutzbar.
Der Duschkopf war zudem verschimmelt, was einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterließ.
Auf der Toilette sitzt man so beengt, dass man die gegenüberliegende Fliesenwand berührt.
Im Zimmer fehlte auch eine Ablagefläche für Koffer.
Da kein Kofferständer oder ausreichend Platz vorhanden war, mussten wir unseren Koffer unter das Bett schieben.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück.
Die Auswahl war sehr gut und der Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Sein Service hat den Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet.
Insgesamt gibt es sowohl beim Service an der Rezeption als auch bei der Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.
Das Frühstück und der Service dort waren hingegen wirklich überzeugend.

Pros:

A hotel a centrumtól kb. 10-15 perc sétára található, a strandot is könnyedén el lehet érni. Aki szeretne biciklire is pattanhat, amelyet ingyenesen biztosít a szállás a vendégek részére. A szoba nem túl nagy, de arra, hogy a látogató aludjon, tisztálkodjon, pihenjen, teljes mértékben elegendő. A reggeli választéka elegendő, a kedves személyzettől külön is lehet kérni egy-két "étlapon nem szereplő" fogást.

Az ingyenes kerékpár használat és az udvaron belüli parkolási lehetőség. A reggeli minden nap fantasztikus volt

Cons:

Az első találkozás élménye a fogadtatáskor a recepcióssal; tengerparti város révén hiányoltunk fregolit vagy szárítót, nem volt elég teregetési lehetőség; 1.5 napig nem volt takarítás a szobában, külön kellett szólni emiatt, utána már rendben ment.

Tolle Unterkunft!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.
Die Lage ist toll - Strand, Supermarkt und Innenstadt ist alles nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Es gibt prinzipiell die Möglichkeit, Getränke bei der Rezeption zu konsumieren, aber die "Bar" ist nicht recht einladend.
Wenn man noch etwas haben möchte, kann man aber Getränke zum Dort trinken oder mit aufs Zimmer nehmen bestellen.

Szívesen maradtunk volna még,de a következő napokon foglalt volt minden szoba.
A reggeli az ingyenes bicikli az elhelyezkedés,parkolás minden szuper volt .

Teljesen elégedettek vagyunk Hotel Cristina-val.
Pros:

A szemézet nagyon segítőkész. A reggeli nekünk megfelelő volt. A takarítás, torölközők cseréje minden nap. Kerékpár ingyen bérelhető, lehet bejárni a környéket. Éttermek, strand, SPAR közel van. Mi már másodszor voltunk, és nem ez lesz az utolsó alkalom!
