Cons:

Het merendeel van het personeel spreekt enkel Duits. Als je meedeelt dat je zelf maar weinig of moeilijk Duits spreekt, tonen ze daarvoor weinig of geen begrip. Ze passen zich niet aan door bijvoorbeeld langzamer te spreken. In de meeste gevallen werd ook geweigerd om te pogen in het Engels te spreken.

Cons:

Extremt ovänlig och ohjälpsam personal i receptionen. Vägrade prata engelska och ville inte överhuvudtaget försöka förstå engelska. Renovering pågick, och min korridor var helt utan belysning samt att rummets dörr saknade fungerande lås. Skulle absolut inte stannat om det inte varit för att jag var alldeles för trött för att orka hitta något annat.
