Já é a 6° vez que me hospedou aqui e sempre achei PERFEITO!
Mas dessa vez tenho algumas observações a fazer...

Cons:

Como o check in é as 14 horas, nas outras vezes eu chegava umas 10:00 deixava as bagagens no depósito, ia a rua passeava, e depois vinha pro hotel e ainda aguardava o tempo na piscina. Isso pq? A gente precisa ganhar o dia, fazer valer a pena, conhecer o local e curtir o dia.
Desta vez, não permitiram fazer uso do espaço e isso já era 13:00 ( check in 14:00). Resumindo: falta gigante de flexibilidade.
Outra observação de melhora: o quarto bem grande, com várias paredes grandes livres e sem espelho, somente o espelho da pia do banheiro. O ar condicionado tbm demorou muito a gelar.
Bora melhorar....
O café da manhã tbm: ele encerra as 10 horas. Fui 8:50 e já não havia mais reposição, senti falta dos salgadinhos, dos pãezinhos doces.
Mudou a administração? Ou só estão mudando as regras e infelizmente caindo no conceito.
Já indiquei pra várias pessoas...mas desta vez...senti diferença...😪
