The staff throughout were pleasant, friendly and competent. We were impressed.
Not a lot. Maybe a cushion on my dining chair, - some of the seats are low for short people.

One female staff member was a little rude at breakfast service which is very unusual for this venue. We didn't like to ask for anything because when we initially did ask, it all seemed too much for her so that was disappointing.
