Pulito e Centrale
Pros:

la posizione dell hotel sulla striscia della Gianella ricca di pineta e spiaggia, la vicinanza sia a Porto S. Stefano che Porto Ercole e Cala Galera.-
il parcheggio interno gratuito, la camera graziosa, non molto grande cin un simpatico verandino con ombrellone e sedie
la gentilezza dello staff
simpatica ed utile la presa usb vicino al letto.

Cons:

Metterei una seconda presa usb anche al lato opposto del letto., oppure una presa normale.
la colazione molto essenziale , scarsa di salato, ma nell insieme la frutta abbondante compensava.
simpatici i tavolini esterni.
non mi e' tanto piaciuta la tariffa pagata...ma essendo alta stagione ci può stare.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la struttura è carina. Purtroppo ci sono alcuni aspetti che andrebbero migliorati. La zona a bordo piscina è poco curata e presenta una pavimentazione sconnessa e scheggiata che richiederebbe manutenzione.

L'aspetto che mi ha lasciato maggiormente delusa, però, è stato il comportamento del proprietario. Una mattina, durante la colazione, dopo una discussione con un altro ospite, ha iniziato a urlare, arrivando quasi a bestemmiare, senza alcun riguardo per le persone presenti. Chi gestisce una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe mantenere autocontrollo e professionalità anche nelle situazioni più difficili, per garantire un ambiente sereno agli ospiti.

Peccato, perché con un atteggiamento diverso e una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli l'esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente più positiva.

Pros:

Hotel piccolo ma davvero molto carino, ben curato e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Posizione strategica: in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le località più “attrattive” come le varie cale dell’Argentario e Orbetello. Staff cordiale e colazione deliziosa. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer gepflegten Anlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Espressomaschine. Für mich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Die Lage zum Meer ist nicht so optimal. Es gibt nur einen Strandzugang in einiger Entfernung. Der Strand war sehr schmutzig, was sicher an der Vorsaison lag.
Absolut unverständlich ist mir der Preis von 20€ pro Tag! für meinen Hund. Das würde mir erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich nicht gebucht. Zumal es nichts für den Hund gab, was bei anderen Hotels für so hohe Kosten durchaus üblich ist.

Ein Frage an booking.com: kann man diese Kosten in den Anzeigen verankern? Dann gibt es kein böses Erwachen.

Staff gentilissimo, comodissimo il parcheggio, buona la colazione ed ottima la posizione di fronte al mare e vicino alle varie calette del promontorio, ma anche a porto santo Stefano, porto Ercole e Orbetello! Ci tornerò!

Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel a conduzione familiare. Struttura ben organizzata e curata, con giardino curato, piccola piscina e vasca idromassaggio che rendono il relax perfetto dopo le escursioni. Camere pulite, dotate di condizionatore e zanzariere, notti tranquille garantite. Colazione buona e personale cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e posizione comoda a pochi chilometri dal centro di Porto Santo Stefano.
