We paid a little more for the better room as it had a wonderful view. Very relaxing terrace. The room was great, spacious and very clean. Very happy with the room we booked. Good value for the room.
The service was lacking unfortunately. We were in Alquezar on a Tuesday which means 99% of businesses are closed all day or closed by the afternoon. The room has a drink menu where you can call to request drinks. This is a nice feature since no stores were open in the entire town. However, we could not reach the staff or front desk. The phone would just ring and ring. I went down to the front desk instead to ask and no one was there and the phone had been taken off the hook so it wouldn't ring when called. Rang even the front doorbell hoping someone would come out. I called out seeing if anyone was in the back room behind the front desk but I could not find anyone. That evening, the AC was not working (which was a reason we chose this hotel as not all have AC) and of course, we could not reach anyone to help with this again. Even as we left the next day, the phone was off the hook again. This was honestly quite disappointing for being one of the better rated hotels in town. Everything else was truly lovely but the service did not match.
Emplacement idéal à Alquezar. Chambre spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Le petit balcon est un plus avec la vue sur le La Colegiata de Santa María la Mayo.
Le parfum en arrivant dans la chambre était beaucoup trop fort.
