Pros:

Staff was kind.

Cons:

The hot tub did not work even after them having it fixed. Oh and there was someone’s dirty sock under the bed that wasn’t any of ours sooo

Would never stay here again. I've previously enjoyed Comfort Inns, but this will make me avoid them.

Location was good

Cons:

The air/heat unit did not work properly. The shower head was corroded and stuck. The breakfast supplies were not attended to (the breakfast worker was sitting in a side room on her phone while supplies were run out and spills ignored).

In a good area! Indoor pool, good breakfast! the pool room was nice! not to humid and it’s big enough to have multiple family. Good security, Room was clean and quiet. Also they have roku tvs! that was a nice additive! Also, full size mini fridge!

added Shelves, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Cons:

beds are very firm!
jets in hot tub don’t work(not a big deal just fyi)

Pros:

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. We stopped on the way down and back from our latest trip. Hot breakfast is about average.

Cons:

Cockroaches on the walls. Breakfast did not start until 7:30 am. No counterspace in bathroom for anything--just a sink and toilet, shower with thin towels

Will not go back.
Pros:

It had avails as we traveled through Hannibal.

Cons:

It was dirty. The ac unit sounded like a rattling turbo engine. The chair in our room had white spots on it. The exterior of the fridge was filthy. Only a handful of tv channels. Remote didn’t work properly. Wifi didn’t work. There was a dark hair on my pillow.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our TV and she came up to help us. So thank you for that.

Pros:

It was late when I checked in. I was greeted and checked in quickly. Room was close to lobby. I felt safe and everything was clean

There was a smell of curry, not unpleasant, just different. The bathroom was a little small

Pros:

Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Warm food and many options.

Cons:

Pool was dirty. The floor in the room was dirty just walking from the shower to the bed my feet were black from the carpet. Wear shoes in the room all the time.

Comfort Inn & Suites far exceeds other places we stayed recently.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. We felt comfortable with the location and there was very little noise from other guests.

Cons:

We originally had trouble figuring out the TV, but once we realized what we needed to do it was no problem. We also could not get the tub/shower to completely turn off.
