, I would not stay here again with luggage.
Pros:

Location is great.
The room was a good size, looked new and nice, and,spotlessly clean.
Lounge area at ground level was large and comfortable.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel, I expected some assistance with my heavy luggage at the door to the hotel and also up to the room, I expected to be accompanied there. Also, there is a 5 minute pickup and drop off right outside the entrance to the hotel. Apparently, taxis refuse to use it for this purpose. A taxi rank up the street is not good enough. The hotel should take it up with the taxi system.

Elegant, classy, luxury hotel in prime CBD location
Pros:

Gorgeous boujee hotel with incredibly chic decor! The style of this hotel alone is 10/10! Perfect location for the city centre, easy to access for uber/taxi and I believe there is underground parking too. Staff were very helpful and professional. Food and drinks (cocktails in particular) were top tier. Nice spacious rooms with big comfy beds, huge bathrooms and well stock guest amenities - brownie points for the Dyson hairdryer! Rooftop bar has great city views especially at night with all the lights.

Cons:

Only minor downside was soundproofing - not the best at blocking the nightlife noise but in saying that, it wasn’t to the point of not being able to sleep. More like

Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and was an amazing venue for our friends wedding! Bed was super comfortable and double shower was great! :)

Cons:

Although very modern and looked awesome, the practicality of having an open bathroom and no door on the toilet was a bit TMI for my partner and I 😂 I was also disappointed that parking at the hotel was $75 per day.

Weekend vacay, perfect location to walk to most things. Rooms well appointed and comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Rooms are beautiful and luxurious, bed super comfortable. And the roof top bar is a great meeting place.

Cons:

Not enough towels in the bathroom

Grossly overpriced when compared to service and quality.
Pros:

Breakfast was great in the restaurant however for the price a second coffee would have been nice.

Cons:

We spoke to Reception staff requesting a check of aircon as was set for cool 19deg but we were sweating. He said would check and review They did nothing. No response, no change.
Also advised the bath was not retaining water. Again nothing and no response.
Spoke again upon departure and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said see us next time.
Second time weve stayed at QT. We gave them (hotel staff not restaurant staff) a second chance after last time putting it down to a one-off, clearly not. Staff are not helpful, nor responsive. Grossly overpriced compared to service and quality.
