Pros:

It was easy to book a room as we were there for our friends wedding. I was in the wedding party and really required flexibility with the front desk to take our bags on arrival with the bride. My partner easily checked in earlier so he could get changed and be ready for the reception. This service matters, as it would have been so inconvenient / awful , if we don’t have access before the ceremony.
The bride and groom had been very impressed with the process leading up to the event and it was clear why they were so happy :-)

Cons:

The access of random patrons from the street to the private function area. There had been some drama that night, which the hotel handled really well, especially as we didn’t know at the time. We really really appreciate th ‘bouncer’ presence , after the incident with the men and face covers, allegedly attempting to steal the wishing well. The bouncer was friendly, perfectly large in stature and took note of who was a guest and who was not.

Everything! Such a beautiful hotel, the room was so comfortable and stunning, massive bathtub, ultra comfy bed and pillows. The service is really good, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Also really nice bar on the rooftop! Great location too
