Reasonable stay but not worthy of 5 star rating - more like a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows / clean / nice toiletries / good hairdryer / QT bar nice.

Cons:

Several of the lights were not working / glasses and cups not washed every day / food at the deli was very poor. Service slow when only person waiting in queue. Had to have my tea remade as so little tea in it. Breakfast burger really gristly - threw away. Lift not working - not ideal when train load of visitors arrived - took over 20 mins to get to room.

Enjoyable with a hint of disappointment
Pros:

Lovely hotel and lovely staff

Cons:

After travelling for 40 hours they wanted $30 per hour to check in early, which is something I have never come across before if the room is ready then why not let it be used they can’t use it for someone else in between. They did give it to me for $30 instead of the $90 it should have been according to their rules, I was dead on my feet and just wanted to lay down so would have paid anything.

Rude staff awful food not kid friendly food awful reception never answered hardly any staff speaking English

It is not kid friendly it needs to be advertised as an adult retreat, no kids menu no pool no pull out beds. Rude staff when we where told to leave by 10:30 as they close until dinner the manager didn't did not understand why we where told that. 1.5 hours for a bucket of ice, reception never answered room service staff can't speak English to order food. 2 hours wait on our food order my daughter bit into her beef burger to find a bone my crispy skin baramundi was like rubber could not even cut it with a steak knife I've never seen fish like that before. We left after one night.

Would have liked to know rooftop bar was inaccessible

Location, styling and overall vibe was great

Cons:

Pillows were awful, too hard to fully darken room (everything glowed- aircon control, light switches, tv), rooftop was ‘unavailable’ the weekend we stayed (the whole reason I booked) and half the room service breakfast menu was unavailable- so we ate elsewhere. Cafe was never open either

Cons:

Public holiday so not normal but disappointed could not visit roof top bar and normal bar cocktail ordinary. Breakfast ok but could be better quality and delivery what is on the menu.

For my first ever hotel stay, my first night away from my children and to be able to celebrate mine and my best friends
Pros:

It was the absolute perfect location, lots of food places around, super close to parking and transport
Everything was within walking distance and was simply just perfection! The view was simply beautiful, the lounge chairs placed next to the massive window was giving elite vibes, stunning restaurants and bars within the hotel itself , my Best Friend Jess and I simply LOVED every second of our stay, and we are already planning the next stay and for longer haha!

Bad outweighed the good. First and last time staying here unfortunately
Pros:

Central location, bed was very comfortable, friendly staff, and a 24/7 reception if you needed anything. There is also a cafe downstairs for morning coffee or snacks which was good. Check out time is 11am which is nice.

Cons:

Very overpriced for what you actually receive when you compare to other 5 star hotels in Perth. For example you can’t even get a free bottle of water in the mini bar.
Terrible lighting in the bathrooms. Rooftop bar was closed for private functions 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed but it wasn’t until you actually went up to the rooftop bar that you were made aware of this, a note or a sign at the lobby elevators would have been good. Very small room service menu and we paid over $60 for two burgers which we waited almost an hour for and when they turned up they were stone cold. TV doesn’t have any streaming services or sports channels available, just the usual free to air channels.
