A wonderful stay for a special occasion
Pros:

Wonderful stay for a special occasion. Beautifully appointed, friendly staff and close to everywhere we wanted to be.

Would not pay for it again
Pros:

Great interior ; shower was great with rain shower

Cons:

Walk from parking could only be done in daylight ; far from great to only have one lift especially when it breaks down; no water provided at beside; bed was quite firm; AC was loud and a clear view into lower rooms was evident.

Fabulous, great staff and very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. We upgraded when we got there as the standard room was a little small for 4 nights with no view, the new room was fabulous.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disappointing, only pastries available and fruit. I mentioned this and they bought in some yoghurts which was perfect. I can’t eat gluten so it was a bit restrictive to start however they went above and beyond to cover my needs. Very much appreciated.

The decor is stunning, the bed was so comfortable, the room comforts like robes, T2 tea, and rainmaker shower head were excellent, complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise, and the available self-service accoutrements were a bonus.

I want to keep this a secret!
Pros:

Everything! The room, the comfort, the location, the staff. Had to rate among one of my best hotel stays in Australia. Loved having decent tea, most hotels prioritise coffee and forget us tea drinkers.
Don’t be put off when you arrive and see you’re in an Alley… the location is actually great. Lots of restaurants close and some really fabulous ones too.
I chose the hotel because it was 5 minutes from where I was working, but I have to come back. Love it.
Special thanks to Haumet who was there when I arrived.

Cons:

Nothing. It was pretty much perfect. I had one small issue, spoke to them in the morning and it was sorted.

Charming Property in a great central Sydney neighbourhood location
Pros:

The location is amazing. Beautiful neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy walk to train station. Walkable or public transport to CBD

Cons:

Better offerings for snacks and drinks from the butler's pantry/snack bar in the evening.
