Important information:

  • The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
  • Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
  • The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
  • Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful. They were kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from a ski lift and ski school. There’s a convenience store across the street, but without a car that convenience store is all of your food options. The room was disgusting! Sticky spots and stuff on the floor. My socks stuck to the carpet! They even write on the paper “will not clean room.” They gave us a room with three beds and the nice window view bed wasn’t even made. The sauna was closed with a baby seat inside it. Like they closed it to use as storage. The hotel needs a serious restoration and remodeling. The wallpaper in our room was cracking, peeling, and had exposed staples. The Onsen needs some r&r. The breakfast was good!

Echt een geweldige lokatie en super vriendelijk personeel. Vooral gericht op wintersporters dus het zwembad is niet goed onderhouden. (Ook de kamers zijn verouderd)
Zorg dat je uitstapt bij station yudanaka, deze ligt iets verder van het hotel af maar hier staan taxi s te wachten. Het personeel bracht ons s ochtends naar het station. Vanaf daar kan je lopend of per bus naar de oneens en de snow monkeys.
Het verblijf was gewoon perfect, zeker een aanrader

Pros:

スノボ目的で来ると、雪が降るとなかなか辛く乾燥機等がないのでウェアが中々乾かなかった。部屋にドライヤーがないのも辛かった。部屋は普通で汚くなく値段的に相応でした。機会があれば自身でしっかり対策をして再度利用したいです。
