Would definitely stay here again and reccommend to others
Pros:

It was a 5 min walk from Yokohama station. The room was small (typical of Japan) but super clean and cozy. One of the confiest hotel beds Ive slept in in Japan and great pillows too.
Id requested an upper floor for quiet and it was quiet and the window and curtains excellent at blocking out light so I was able to sleep in after a late check in the night before.

満足感は低い。
Pros:

駅近。ホテルの周りにイオンや飲食店が多くて便利だった。

Cons:

ベットの下から靴下が出てきた。。気持ち悪かった。
タオルも黄ばんでおり、
部屋の掃除がきちんとされているのか心配。
トイレやお風呂も古かった。
宿泊料金が税込で表示されていなかったので
支払い時に値段が上がった。

Horrible and didn’t want end our Japan trip in a bad place in Yokohama
Pros:

Bed and pillow very comfortable room is very small

Cons:

Breakfast was so bad we only had one day and didn’t eat as well. , it was some restaurant next to the hotel , I expected a better breakfast knowing it’s part of the Sheraton hotel. Also the area of the hotel is dirty and not good weired people walking around not safe , not recommended this hotel for anyone , we were very disappointed we stayed there

食事は選べて良かった。
ホテル内も静かでした

Cons:

テイシユケースの上やテーブル際のホコリがきになりました。
シャワーの温度がもう少し上がるといいと思います

If you are looking for convenience this is the place.
Pros:

This was my second time staying here and we were very satisfied. The location is fantastic. Super close to the train station, a very good grocery store and endless restaurants.

Cons:

I honestly have nothing negative to say. Very happy with this hotel.

Pros:

駅から5分くらいでホテルに着きました。周りは飲食店、コンビニが多くてとても便利でした。フロントが2階にあり、とても対応が良かったです。カードキーをエレベーター内で機械にかざすと泊まる部屋の階を自動で押してくれます。
部屋はとても綺麗でユニットバスなのですが、このオシャレなタイプの感じは初めてでとても良かったです。大きな通り沿いでしたが窓が2重になっており、騒音等も気にならなかったです。少しお高いですが、駅近、飲食店街、等々考えると妥当かと思います。

Cons:

シャンプー、リンスが髪に合わなくてギシギシになってしまいました。持参すれば良かったと
思いました。
