Pros:

駅から近かった。
イオンが近くにあって、便利だった。

雖然價格不算便宜，房間大小就是一般日本的住宿大小（偏小）但整體來說還是算推薦。
Pros:

距離車站不遠，附近很多餐廳很熱鬧很方便。電梯口就有飲水機蠻不錯的出門都可以直接裝水，大廳有咖啡機很讚！

スタッフさんありがとう
Pros:

LIVE鑑賞でホテルを予約しました。繁華街にありLIVE終わりでも食べる所沢山あり良かったです。スタッフさんも丁寧で親切で、朝食も凄く美味しかったです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。また、行く事があれば利用したいです。

フロント、掃除の方以外はとても良かったす。また横浜に泊まる時は利用したいと思いました
Pros:

駅からも近く周りにお店もたくさんありとても良かった

Cons:

忘れ物（4/27）をしたので家に帰ってから電話して対応してくれた若い男性の人が頼りなかったです。無いの一点張りで探してみますの一言もなかったです。
あなたにとってはどうでもいい物でもこちらにとっては大切な物なんです。
宿泊する日早めに着いてしまい（14時）
最初に対応してくれた方（メガネをかけてた女性）は15時からですと言われたんですが隣にいた外人さんですかね、お部屋が用意できてるといい早く案内してくれました。機転がきく方だと思いました。素晴らしいです。
あと、掃除の方ですがもう少し静かにお願いしたいです。

Pros:

横浜駅西口から1本道でわかりやすかったです。近くに交番もあり、安心でした。

周りにドンキ、マック、AEONショッピング、ショッピングモール等があり、充実した場所でした。またゆっくり来たいです。

Cons:

私の宿泊した部屋は建物の関係や防犯上なのか外がほぼ見えなく、カーテン半分くらいの外の明かりしか入らなかった記憶があります。でもその分部屋の明かりを全てつければ明るくてそれほど気にはならなかったです。
