The staff is nice and helpful, they organize great tours around Cameron Highlands and you can reach the bus station easily by foot. It's also very cheap.
The place is old and not so well kept, you can see there are stains on the walls, part of the plywood of the capsules was also ruined. It's a no-shoes hostel, which I don't mind, but the bathroom floors weren't super clean and there were often hairs lying around. The main thing for me was the lack of privacy. You arrive in the hostel by a staircase connected to the street and the main door is often left open. You have female dorms which are separated by a door, but you can't lock it. From the female dorms you can access the female only bathroom, with a door that of course you can't lock, and the bathroom itself is connected to the washroom and the rest of the dorms, separated only by a curtain. So basically it doesn't matter too much if you stay in the female dorm or not.
If you don't mind then it's a good place for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't stay there for more than two days.

L’emplacement était bien situé. Le dortoir et les douches étaient également agréables. C’était très calme.
Malheureusement j’ai trouvé une punaise de lit dans mon lit, ça peut effectivement arriver dans des endroits où il y a beaucoup de passages mais ce qui m’a surtout déplu c’est la réponse du monsieur à l’accueil qui ne s’est même pas excusé de cela et n’a pas suggéré de dédommagemen…

Good location, a few minutes from everything. There's also shop and restaurant just below. It was generally clean (I was there during the 3 days of the ultra-marathon which was very busy). Staff was very helpful

The location is good, near the bus station and restaurants. The staff is also nice and allows you to use the facility after check out.
Upper bed is not recommended for oversize people. The stair hurt my foot. Hopefully they can use a wide stair at least.
