Pros:

Das ganze Hotel hat moderig gerochen. Dieser Geruch war sehr unangenehm.
Im Zimmer war an den Scheuer Leisten ein Insektizid als weißes Pulver verstreut, gegen Kakerlaken, die emsig im Bad umher huschten.
Beim spùlen der Toilette trat Wasser am Fuß der Toilette aus. Das Duschen empfand ich als lebensgefährlich, so wie der Durchlauferhitzer angeschlossen war.
Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Too many mice for me
Pros:

I stayed in room 1009. It was horrible. I heard mice all night. There were mice droppings on the table. I picked up my hat and a mouse fell out. I purchased mouse traps and killed six. There would've been more but I think my point was made and I quit reloading them. Good location on Burgos street. Getting the pool to open seemed difficult. Apparently you're supposed to sign a waiver at engineering on the third floor. The overall room sucks but it's only $30 a day...maybe my standards are too high, but I'm just not down with the mice. That's nasty and a deal breaker. Owner didn't entertain a refund. Room 1009 shouldn't be posted on hotels.com. I tried to upload pictures but app wouldn't let me.

This place was a dump. Granted it was cheap, but for an extra $20 (I couldn't stay here) I moved somewhere much nicer.

Pros:

Studio room on the 10th floor of a condo/Hotel building. Comfortable bed and good shower with toileteries provided. Fridge, freezer and microwave in the kitchen but nothing you could cook with. Would be nice to have a few extra touches like a toaster and supply of tea as well as coffee. The area is nice in the day, lots of restaurants and bars around, but it does turn a bit seedy at night.

The Room is Located close to Burgos street Makati, it was very Clean, well Maintained, Has a Balcony for Smokers, Tea/Coffee making Facilities, 2 lifts in the Building, Starbucks across the Road, 7/11 store next Door.

Room smelled bad, only one towel it also smelled. Bed linen OK. Alan added one towel it smelled bad. wouldnt exchange room as he told expedia. Blamed smells on rain and drains. Refused to refund as stated in notice. Checked into Red Planet no smell or cleanliness issues there. Never stay again. Shower was dirty and satnding water near commode. Worse hitel in 50 years of traveling to Manila!!!

Room for improvement
Pros:

Check in was extremely quick and easy. The room is a bit different from picture and has lots roaches, they are still following me and trying to get rid of the ones that got in my luggage. Pool was also closed and no luggage storage available.

Best cozy condo in p.burgos makati
Pros:

The service was good, when we asked for new bedsheets he came right away and had them changed. The bed and cabinet had an issue but while we went out he had them fixed before we came. The place is cozy, had all the utensils, plates, cups, microwave, ref, tv, hot water boiler, stereo system you can hook up to your cellphone so you can jam while looking outside the 10th floor. Also the condo is right on p. Burgos Avenue so there are many bars, restaurants, massage, 7/11, all you need is walking distance. We had a great time thanks to the unit, will def. come back
Here again. Really worth the money, no hotel that is 1200php can beat the room quality and location. Oh also the cr was nice.... clean and water was strong for a good shower with warm water.
