Good hotel but the staff let us down numerous times sadly

Amazing hotel, good location, and rooms a nice!

Cons:

Unfortunately the AC didn’t work in our room (26C) inside, and despite sending a technician in, didn’t work.
The hotel kindly offered to move our rooms but moved us to a smoking room (which we only realised once we got there) and we then had to move back to our hot room at 10pm at night.
Given the trouble I’d expected more than an apology and the best we were offered (after asking) was a free breakfast!
What topped it off was 15 minutes later when we ordered room service, they forgot one of the main meals, so my wife and I had to eat separately.

Very good hotel, but need to set the heating out.
The pool changing room and facilities weren’t clean and felt dirty.

Good stay overall, but a rough first night
Cons:

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay at the Hyatt. On one hand, the hotel is generally very nice and the staff is helpful. However, our arrival was quite disappointing.

​We checked in late at around 1:00 AM after a long journey and were exhausted. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling properly, it was only blowing air like a fan.

Because we were so tired, we didn't realize it immediately and spent the night in a room that was 27°C. I woke up the next morning with a terrible headache from the heat.

​To the hotel's credit, they moved us to a larger, better room the next day. While I appreciate the upgrade, the "Hyatt experience" is supposed to guarantee a perfect night's sleep from day one, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here

buffet does not lift up to a 5 star hotel standard, wifi connection required assistance from from desk, checked in late hours then TV did not work with 3 workers came into the room at 10pm to have it fixed . the layout of the room is a mistake while placing the master bedroom kind bed in the living room space two double beds against master bathroom.

Pros:

가족들과 같이 여행을 가서 페밀리 룸을 예약했습니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 너무 좋았습니다. 제가 서안을 처음으로 가서 정확히는 모르겠지만 위치는 중심지에서 좀 떨어진 것 같아요. 그래서 조용했습니다. 주변에 한국인 식당이 있는 한인타운이 있는데 호텔에서 걸어서 5분 정도 거리입니다. 부모님께서 한식을 좋아하셔서 계획했던 것은 아니지만 오히려 더 좋았습니다. 직원들은 더할 나위없이 친절했습니다. 다음에 서안에 다시 간다면 저는 이 호텔 추천요^^
