車での子連れ北海道観光の拠点に便利！
Pros:

・和室ダブルの部屋に泊まりましたが、清潔感があり部屋も広く、風呂もユニットバスではないタイプだったので、子連れにはとても使い回しが良かったです。のんびり湯船に浸かれたので旅の疲れも取れました。
・車で観光するのであれば、札幌と新千歳のちょうど中間に当たり、時間もかからないためロケーションいいです。千歳駅からは歩いて10分程と微妙に離れています。
・ホテル朝食もいいですが、近隣にコンビニやパン屋・カフェ(morimoto,namakemono cafe)などがたくさんあるためなくてもいいです。千歳の繁華街に近いため、困りませんでした。
・部屋も清潔感がありました。連泊の場合エコ清掃になりますが、タオル交換やゴミ箱は毎日やってくれるため、困らなかったです。
・空調もちょうど良かったです。

Cons:

・専用駐車場(一泊800円)が先着順のため、空きがない場合は近隣のコインパーキングになります。一回入れてしまえば、宿泊中の駐車場出し入れは自由になるので良かったです。
・裏手の専用駐車場に入れられなかった場合、ロータリーはないので一旦路駐して荷物下ろす感じになります。
・コインランドリー併設なのは良かったですが、利用者が多いのか、あまり清潔感はなかったです。洗濯ネット使用不可なので、デリケートな服は洗濯控えた方が良さそうです。
