Too comfortable!
Pros:

We stayed one night at Best Western Chitose on our last night in Hokkaido and loved it so much. We chose it for its location near the airport, and having a 7-Eleven right next door was a huge bonus. We booked a tatami room, and it was incredibly comfortable. The kids slept so well it was hard to wake them up! The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. We truly wish we had stayed longer and will definitely come back.

We loved everything about it.

Best Western staff made it well worth the visit into Chitose
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, I needed a hospital visit and they rang around and then organised taxi to the most available one. Very friendly and helpful again when organising taxis to the airport. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

Could maybe have a few more options at breakfast but still perfectly sufficient when not paying extra for it.

榻榻米的房間非常寬敞舒適，飯店的香氛味道也很舒服。我們的房型還有兩個洗手台，方便多人家庭入住。早餐豐富且好吃，鄰近機場附近還有aeon可逛，非常好

千歳を観光するならここ！
Pros:

全館とてもキレイ。
歯ブラシ以外のアメニティやお茶類（種類豊富）をフロント横で自由に選ぶ。
一階エレベーターはカードキー必須。
玄関広い。
室内の吊り戸の反対側が玄関で、収納できるくらいスペースあり（1m四方くらい？）スーツケースやベビーカー等置ける。
壁には全身うつる鏡。
トイレは自動水栓で手洗いは別になっている。
洗面台は照明が明るく歯ブラシとコップ付き。
浴室内は浴槽と洗い場に分かれており浴室用イスがあり座れる。
ゆったり広いベッドには枕2種類とクッション1つ。
ゴロゴロできる畳にはテーブルと座布団。
足を伸ばし休める。
隣接する居酒屋は人気で平日でも満席だった。
予約してからに行ったほうが無難。
メニューは北海道を満喫できる内容。
朝食はホテルでも摂れるが近くのベーグル屋さんが8時からなのでその店内でオシャレに食べた。
すぐそばにコンビニやmorimoto（朝食サービスあり９時〜）があるのでとにかく便利。

Cons:

どこかの音楽なのか風の音なのかわからないが、夜ずっと低音で何か聞こえるが気にしなければ気にならないレベル

Spotless rooms, and great location for breakfast options. We arrived late from New Chitose Airport and it was the perfect spot to get a good night's sleep on the first day of our trip. Fantastic patisserie across the street, plus a 7/11.
