Too comfortable!
Pros:

We stayed one night at Best Western Chitose on our last night in Hokkaido and loved it so much. We chose it for its location near the airport, and having a 7-Eleven right next door was a huge bonus. We booked a tatami room, and it was incredibly comfortable. The kids slept so well it was hard to wake them up! The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. We truly wish we had stayed longer and will definitely come back.

Best Western staff made it well worth the visit into Chitose
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, I needed a hospital visit and they rang around and then organised taxi to the most available one. Very friendly and helpful again when organising taxis to the airport. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

Could maybe have a few more options at breakfast but still perfectly sufficient when not paying extra for it.
