Pros:

The Air-conditioning let's you set what you want but the room decides to stay warm regardless. Walls are thin and all neighbors doors slam like they were having a fight with their significant other. Check out had wrong room and tried to charge us for meals. Other than all that, they are great

The facility is clean, the breakfast is amazing and the customer service is outstanding!! I would definitely come back!!
Pros:

Everything!! Everything is clean, their gym is perfect and their pool is refreshing!! They have docking stations to charge your phone/computer and their customer service was above and beyond!!

Cons:

Honestly, there really isn't anything that I didn't like.

The hotel did not honor the room type reservation. The reservation was for two double queen beds and pull out couch however they amended the reservation and gave me king with pull out bed. My family had a horrible experience overnight due to this and the hotel did nothing to accommodate or even provide any alternatives. Horrible customer service and with zero support

Great time
Pros:

Everything was very nice and clean, felt safe at all times. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, if I needed anything, the staff was able to help.

Cons:

Not sure why I was charged an extra $50, have to look into that. The room was not damaged or a mess so I don't know what it could have been.
