A charming boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and an exceptionally caring owner.
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel, especially lovely in warm weather. We visited during winter, which wasn’t the best timing, as the house is better suited for milder temperatures. That said, the manager/owner was incredibly kind and did her very best to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a warmer season.

beautifully decorated; very convenient location - 10min walk to intercity bus station to/from izmir and cesme, 15min walk to havas airport bus station, not to mention many tasty local restaurants nearby; very friendly and helpful staff with nice communication; good breakfast; big enough bed for two people

Cons:

could add a bit of fruit or yogurt to the breakfast (we were there in November which is the low season, maybe in the summer there will be more choices)

Nice, clean , quiet with excelent breakfast
Pros:

A real boutique hotel, very nicely arranged, most rooms were occupied but still it was very quiet. The personal is very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good, with lots of local food. It worth the money.

Cons:

I wasn't checking carefully enough - or maybe it is not obvious enough on the booking page? - that the hotel is not accessible by car, you have to walk the last 100 m. Which is fine, I like the pedestrian zones, but we arrived in heavy rain. This was the only downside, but it is not the hotels fault.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein aber fein direkt zentral gelegen jedoch in einer Seitenstraße sodass man im Zimmer seine ruhe hat. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Wir waren direkt am Eingangsbereich, was einerseits gut war da wir die Koffer nicht hoch tragen mussten (da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist) jedoch andererseits man alles mitbekommt was am Empfang bzw am Eingang passiert da das alles nur eine Tür trennt also darf man nicht so empfindlich sein. Was auch ein Nachteil ist, dass in die Straße keine Autos reinfahren dürfen also muss man mit dem Koffer ca. 500m laufen. Zimmer war reichlich groß und sauber nur die Tür zum WC konnte man nicht richtig verschließen ansonsten sind wir zufrieden. Personal war sehr nett.

Eşimle birlikte, eylül ayında kafa dinlemek için birkaç günlüğüne şehirden uzaklaşmak ve dinlenmek istedik. Tercihimizden inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Otel sahibi hanımefendi ve beyefendinin güleryüzü, müşteri odaklı oluşu, kahvaltının temiz ve lezzetli olması, keza odaların da temiz ve düzenli olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Odaların uygunluğu ekseninde bize jest yaparak daha geniş ve balkonlu odaya almaları da ayrıca teşekkür sebebi. Yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir adres oldu.
