Ich war wirklich rundum zufrieden!
Pros:

Der Service, die Höflichkeit sowie die zuvorkommende Bedienung des Personals sind mir sehr positiv aufgefallen, das ist nicht überall so. Auch durfte ich mein Auto den ganzen Tag auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, mich nach dem Skifahren in der Umkleide umziehe, und hätte auch noch umsonst duschen können, obwohl ich ja schon nach dem Frühstück ausgecheckt hatte. Das ist Alles nicht selbstverständlich! Da komme ich bestimmt mal wieder.

Pros:

Overall good. Sauna good, no people. Breakfast excellent. Ski room with boots heater.

Cons:

We get charged for two sandwiches that we took from breakfast. But this was not a problem. The problem was the attitude of staff treating us like a thieves. Very disappointing

Das Hotel Vorab empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war blitzblank geputzt. Vom Hotel her erreicht man die Bergbahnen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Lovely family-run hotel in the heart of Flims
Pros:

Cozy little family run hotel in the heart of Flims. The service is top notch and the rooms are clean and spacious with great views of the beautiful landscape. There’s a restaurant onsite and a convenient ski room should you need it. The hotel is also right across the road from one of the main Post bus stops and only one stop away from the Flims valley station. Super convenient!

Nothing. It was great.

Pros:

I arrived late on the bus from Chur. The reception was already closed, but with the doorcode I could enter the hotel, and my room key was left on the reception desk in an envelop. Breakfast was delicious!

Sehr bequeme Betten, schön gestaltete Zimmer.
Feines Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wir haben als Neukunden Zimmer nach hinten erhalten, hätten aber sehr gerne ein Zimmer auf Vorderseite erhalten. Offenbar bekommen nur Stammkunden Zimmer nach vorne. Schade, dass sie nicht in Neukunden investieren! Wir hätten den Wunsch äußern sollen bei der Buchung, sagte man uns an der Reception. Das wussten wir halt nicht.
Zum Preis: gleicher Preis für Zimmer mit Blick auf Parkplatz wie für Zimmer mit Balkon auf Sonnenseite? Finde ich nicht nicht korrekt. Kleiner Preiserlass wäre fair.
Vermisst haben wir einen Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer.
Bad ist schon etwas eng.

Excellent location and amazing staff
Pros:

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet. We had an excellent skiing weekend with a stay at the Hotel Vorab.
