ESTANCIA MARAVILLOSA

Una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin.

Nuestra estancia en El Ancla ha sido inmejorable. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa gracias al trato cercano y profesional de todo el equipo.

Queremos destacar especialmente a María, en recepción, por su amabilidad y atención, y a Carlos, que estuvo siempre pendiente de todo con una sonrisa y una actitud excepcional. ¡Da gusto encontrar profesionales así!

El desayuno también nos encantó: variado, de calidad y muy bien atendido.

Otra cosa a tener en cuenta son sus nuevas habitaciones decoradas con muy buen gusto.

Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos. Gracias a todo el personal por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial.

Cons:

Limpieza regular, agua caliente le cuesta una vida llegar, la altura del techo sobre todo en el baño yo no soy alta y me di varias veces. La moqueta ha conocido varias décadas mejores así como las escaleras

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Ausrüstung war sparsam; es gab keine Klobürste (!). Insgesamt war die Ausstattung stark abgenutzt und es Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit. Sie konnte nicht abgesaugt werden, weil der Schacht verschlossen war !? Das Zimmer ist m. E. renovierungsbedürftig.

Es muy acogedor y sorprende su decoración, personal muy amable, desayuno completo y una situación perfecta.. es muy bonito y acogedor con unos jardines muy cuidados

Quizás este un poquito anticuado por lo que las camas son muy duras.
