Trip to the Maastricht
Pros:

Our stay has been incredible due to the staff's treatment of the customer, and also the rooms are very well prepared. And the breakfast is very well presented and of very good quality.

Teleurstellend. Ga niet! Zoek iets anders!

De locatie is redelijk goed.
6 of 7 minuten lopen en je staat in het centrum.
Minder goed is de drukke weg direct voor de deur.

Cons:

Het hotel bestaat uit 4 oude gebouwen. Minimaal verbouwd. Dus geen hotelsetting, maar ieder oud gebouw heeft nog z’n oude voordeur en daar zijn dan wat kamers in getimmerd. Wij sliepen in kamer 601. Het 4de gebouw, direct op de begane grond en aan de straat.
De hele nacht ging de zware voordeur open. En geluid isolatie is er niet. Het lijkt alsof de voordeur in je hotelkamer zit en mensen die pratend (lol gehad bij André Rieu natuurlijk) binnenkomen kon je letterlijk verstaan. Waarbij ook gewoon voorbijgangers of omwonenden voor het raam van je kamer staan te hangen en naar binnen kijken, hopeloos.
En dan de bedden. Compleet door gezakt. En een twee persoons bed zijn twee aan elkaar geschoven bedden met een groot gat er tussen (van die brocante bedden die je niet aan elkaar geschoven krijgt).
Schimmel in de badkamer. Plinten los aan de muur. En dan te beseffen dat we extra betaald hebben voor een upgrade.
Het is bijna om te lachen, als het niet zo duur was (425 voor 1 nacht 😱)
Onze tip: zoek een ander hotel!!! Don’t go!

foto's vertellen niet het hele verhaal, helaas.
Pros:

het personeel is heel vriendelijk, probeerde er alles aan te doen om jet te behagen. hotel is tegen het centrum aan en direct aan de maas.

Cons:

kamer was kleiner dan verwacht, er was geen zitje, wel een bureau waar 1 persoon goede an kan zitten, met 2 personen moet, door het schuinen dak, 1 persoon klein zijn. badjas (overbodig maar stond vermeld op de site) was niet aanwezig.

Pros:

la habitación super bonita y la ubicación de 10 estaba a cinco minutos a pie de la plaza del ayuntamiento, puro centro. El único problema es que no tienen ascensor y si te toca la tercera planta tendrás que subir andando.

Zentrale Lage ist prima. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Kein Schrank vorhanden. Extrem hohe zusätzliche Gebühren, die für uns nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht.

Localização excelente, perto de uma estação de metro (aqui o metro é bem fácil de usar), perto também da experiência Heineken. O quarto amplo, atendimento dos funcionários ótimo.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei não tem ar condicionado (não vi isso quando contratei) e passei um pouco de calor. Tem um ventilator pequeno. Para o frio tem aquecimento mas para o calor não tem ar condicionado. Além disso não tem opção de café da manhã, mas tem muitas opções boa por perto que eles indicam.

Insgesamt eine gute Location für einen Kurzzripp nach Maastricht.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Rande der Altstadt direkt am Fluss mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Sehr steile Treppe bis in 3. Stock ohne Lift.

Die Lage zum Zentrum ist perfekt

Cons:

Das Hotel soll 4 Sterne haben. Kleine Zimmer. Kein Fahrstuhl. Das Bett hatte Löcher. Das Bad war zwar neu aber sehr billig renoviert.

Excellent hotel in Maastricht.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always the first place we book when we visit Maastricht.
The staff are so kind and friendly from the moment we arrive to when we leave.
The rooms are always clean and so comfortable with everything you need for your stay.
The breakfast is plentiful and with a varied choice of food.
Thanks to all the staff for making our visit so good.
