Pros:

Chambre calme. Localisation très bonne à la fois peu éloignée de la gare (20 minutes à pied) et proche du centre (5 min). Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Mooi Hotel, en het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk, de kamers waren netjes en ruim. Het ontbijt was ook prima.

Cons:

De kamers waren best gehorig. Zowel.het geluid van buiten als de bovenliggende kamers en de deuren op de gang. Fijn was wel dat er oordopjes klaar kan. De stoelen op de kamer zaten absoluut niet fijn.

Amabilité du personnel. Propreté de la chambre, petit-déjeuner plutôt copieux.

Cons:

Hôtel 4 étoiles, n’en vaut vraiment pas plus de 3 (très, trop cher) et n’a pas les équipements ni l’accueil à ce niveau.
Décor de la chambre (chambre « deluxe ») très froid et triste, pas assez de lumière…
Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs dû essentiellement aux autres clients qui laissent claquer les portes de leurs chambres.

Tourist trap
Pros:

Location only, bathroom was good

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel. Tourist trap, no lift when you arrive with nags and the steps were very steep and not in good condition. Windows very old and very very noisy room. I usually do not leave negative reviews but its very very iverpriced for the conditions offered

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was ok for exploring Maastricht.
Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Room in need of attention. Tired wallpaper, stains on the wall. Definitely needed redecorating. We were in a separate building next to the main hotel, on the first floor, no lift. At times it was noisy especially first thing in the morning with doors banging.

Very convenient, ticked all the boxes for me needs.
Pros:

I had a good room facing back yard, quiet. Location was just perfect! Appreciated parking as came by car.

Empfangen wurden wir von einer sehr arroganten Rezeptionistin. Sehr herablassende Art. Beim Checkout war eine sehr freun

Matratzen waren zwar gut aber das Bett an sich war schon sehr alt. Sitzmöbel waren sehr schmutzig. Fernseher zwar vorhanden, allerdings weder vom Bett noch vom Sessel aus gut sichtbar.
