Great location and bedding
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It is composed of 3 different buildings and the room we had was in the last building. Staff was service-oriented and also spoke English and German.
The bedroom was big and it was a nice surprise to have wooden floor as opposed to what you usually have in hotels. The beds and mattresses were extremely comfortable so sleeping in them was good.

Cons:

In regards to the room (601), it cruelly lacks soundproofing. We were located right at the entrance and we could hear EVERY. single. sound. coming from the hallway and other guests tended to let the entrance door slam behind them. For one night it was alright but if you have a light sleep and stay more than one night then you might want to have your room switched.
A lot of comments complimented the breakfast but I found it lacking and average, therefore that was a disappointment on my end. The disposition of the different elements (jam, yoghurt, juice etc) were not optimal.

Super schönes, kleines und sehr gut gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine schöne Ausrichtung sowie schöne Ausschicht.

Es war sehr gut gelgen.

Cons:

Wir mussten leider in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus parken.

Prima, maar irritatie rondom bereikbaarheid & parkeren

De locatie tov het centrum

De bereikbaarheid & de parkeergelegenheid:

1. Wij kwamen met hemelvaart aan en blijkbaar is de halve infrastructuur dan afgezet met pionnen vanwege de drukte, waardoor je met de auto de afslag naar het hotel mist op de hoofdweg van Maastricht. Daardoor rijd je doodleuk 2x 15 minuten heen en terug in de file omdat er nergens mogelijkheid tot keren is. Dit had prima gecommuniceerd kunnen worden door jullie. Had ons flink irritatie gescheeld.

2. De parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Schandalig dat hier in de advertentie staat ‘parkeergelegenheid aanwezig’ en dat je bij aankomst een poot uitgedraaid wordt met 30€ per dag betaald parkeren. Ja, parkeergelegenheid aanwezig. Maar als hotelgast voel je je hier gewoon genaaid. Krijg je een parkeerkaart voor, maar als je later die dag weg gaat met de auto en bij terugkomst weer wilt parkeren staat de parking vol en heb je pech. Voor niks betaald dus. Geven meer parkeerkaarten uit dan plek is. En niet zo’n beetje ook. Mag je de stadsdrukte weer in op zoek naar een andere parkeerplek terwijl je al betaald hebt :)

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip optimal gelegen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt- alles fußläufig erreichbar, Ausladen direkt am Hotel möglich, der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist super, aber begrenzt. Direkt hinter dem Hotel befindet sich aber auch eine öffentliche Tiefgarage mit 2m Einfahrtshöhe! Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer war ohne jeglichen Schrank. Es gab keine Möglichkeit Dinge einzuräumen. Wir haben aber umgehend ein anderes Zimmer angefragt und erhalten. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr „abgewohnt“/soll den „Shabby-Chic“ verkörpern - ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Unser 2. Zimmer hatte dann aber zwei Stühle, einen Tisch und einen Schreibtisch inkl. Schrank. Bügel sind nur wenige vorhanden. Das Bett war groß und hatte außer einer guten Matratze noch einen sehr guten Topper drauf. Die Bettdecke ist allerdings durchgehend, aber ausreichend. Jede Person hat zwei Kissen unterschiedlicher Stärke. Die Pflegeprodukte im Bad sind ausreichend vorhanden und es gab täglich neue Handtücher!
Allerdings ist die Ausstattung kein 4 Sterne-Standard.

Hospedagem perfeita para o propósito.
Pros:

Super perto, a pé, de todas as atrações da cidade, que é linda. Quarto espaçoso, com requintes de nobreza, como lareira e mobiliário. Comodidades como chaleira e cafeteira no quarto, muito comuns nos hoteis do país. O acesso ao quarto é por escada, para nós não foi um problema. Mas, para quem tem problema com mobilidade ou não curta subir com bagagem será um problema. O staff foi atencioso. Pedimos 2 taças de vinho para tomar a bebida no quarto que havíamos vomprado no mercado próximo e prontamente fomos atendidos.

Cons:

O colchão era mole para o padrão que gostamos. Do estacionamento pago a parte, mesmo na área do hotel e caro para os padrões brasileiros, 30 euros.

Eigenlijk alles. Fijn dat het dichtbij het station was en het centrum alles was op loopafstand.
