Pros:

This property is aged and shows it. Thinning carpet and no elevator. Sidewalk is leaning and parking lines are all but invisible. The feather pillows are past their prime and being stuffed into smaller pillowcases to shore them up, there are no usb outlets in the room, and the bathroom sink was all scratched up. Worst of all was the breakfast offerings. We didn't try the baked beans, but the hash brown patties were rubbery, the scrambled eggs dry, and the sausage links tough.
On the good side, the staff is friendly, the beds are firm, the rooms have been painted fairly recently, housekeeping is good, and the juice machine offers POG(passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit)! Yum!
