Staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness of the pet friendly room exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

I did not check-in until 5AM, and front desk advised they would give me a late check-out, no charge, so I could sleep longer.

Cons:

No issues with the facilities.

Pros:

Our stay was what we needed relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tidy and clean. We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed after driving long hrs during the day.

Great layover rest stop on the way to the North
Pros:

Very pleasant and quiet stay. Love the kitchenette in my room. Staff were polite and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. Ample parking. Was just there for an overnight on the way up North, but picked the perfect layover to rest. Would stay again. Boston Pizza within walking distance was nice too after a very long drive. :)

Cons:

It was 78 degrees in the room when we got there and even though the very helpful front desk staffer helped us, we couldn't regulate it so we just turned it off and interestingly it was still very warm in the morning.
